Black Specks Under Mycelium

Ok. So approximately 3 weeks ago, while waiting for the plates I ordered online to arrive, I poured 9 baby food jars and inoculated each of them with 2 or three drops of spore solution. This was done in SAB but with less than sterile procedures.
All of them now show what seems to be good growth. I had what looks like cobweb cover one plate and surround what looked to be cube mycelium. The others aside from small patches bacterial contaminants looked good... At least until I put them in front of a light.
3 or 4 of the growths have a single black speck directly under the center of what looks like dense tomentose cube mycelium. I am hoping that it is just a clump of spores considering I used a bit much to inoculate. Anyone have any other ideas what it might be? I understand it is probably difficult to tell without pictures but my phone seems to autofocus on the glass of the jar rather than what is inside. My plates have come in now so I was considering transfering each one so that pictures would be possible. Unless, of course there is a strong possibility that it is not good growth.
Thoughts?

How did you inoculate? With a loop or syringe? Wish you could get pics somehow.

I used a syringe from t.h.e. From what I hear, his syringes are usually sterile as can be.
I guess I'll save the ones in question until last when I do my transfers to actual plates and take some pictures once the jar is opened. Gonna trash them after the transfers anyway... might even take a sample of the cobweb to have for reference.

Never could get a good picture but my transfers all seemed clean. I went a2g then g2g, then spawned. The grow log for this culture is here.
