ID request. is this Blue bruising?
    #21882772 - 07/01/15 12:44 PM (8 years, 6 months ago)

I found these guys growing from a woody material in the woods. Unfortunately I only have one picture of them, there was quite a few so I picked a few so I could let the rest fruit. I think I see a blue bruising, but I'm not exactly sure. It looks blueish imo. It looks more blue in person than in the photo though o.O.

Well, thanks again Mr. Ghosty. See Im learning, I suspected them but I wasn't sure. Is that close to the color or a more vibrant blue?

I can see how you might be fooled on with that, for actives it's definitely a more vibrant blue initially but sometimes that vibrant blue will fade to something roughly akin to that.

but at first it's more like this:

Cool, thanks for that. Im on the hunt for the blue footed mushroom atm. Going out today. Thats the only real thing that would grow in my area. Well, gyms, but all the ones I suspected to be gyms are all rotted and maggoty... Well and ovids but they might be out of season, I had a large creek by my house thats always flowing but its covered in large weeds, hard to see.
