So I signed up on this dating site figuring I'd get some easy pussy.
Then I got all entangled up with this chick who over a couple of days seduced me somehow.
Then when we were just about to complete our hookup, she said, I need to get to know you, we can be more intimate now, but not here, come follow me to this OTHER dating site.
OK, I thought, I'll go along (a hunch started to form in my mind) and then she instructed me in how to work the other site until I sat in front of the ol' "your credits are not enough, click here to buy more credits"-sign.
Then I understood. Do you guys think that dating sites have employees that like, are out fishing for more members? When I look at the mail history she was always very few-worded, her profile was pretty vague ... But she pressed the right buttons ... Somehow this might be her livelihood, reeling in guys who think with their dicks. (Or who knows it might have been a man behind that profile.)
Sometimes I am easy to fool, but when PAY sign came on, I got it.
Have any of you a similar experience?

Its very easy to get ripped off like that on the internet.
What dating site were you using? was it one where you have to pay?
I would never pay money for a dating site. Use a free one instead, there are a lot and even some threads on here that are recommending good ones
And if you are talking to a girl on a free dating website and she tells you to go to some other website to keep talking to her, then it is a scam for sure.

Thats the classic bait and switch.
Its a scam. Waste of money, just like those 'dating hotlines'. They have commercials late at night for them all the time. It costs like a dollar a minute to just talk to 'sexy local singles'

Yup there'll be somewhere in the world where it's cheap enough to set up what is essentially a call center and use their 'sales agents' to lure dudes into paying for porn. It probably wasn't even a girl you were talking to just some dude sat at a laptop trying to make his cut.

You shoulda kept playing dumb and wasted as much of his time as you possibly could.

Zoosk claims to be free but you have to pay to anything. I had all kinds of hot chicks want to talk to me so it had to be a scam. I never paid anything and quit.

Thank you for your replies guys. I also figured that yeah, this maybe was not even a woman but any person trying to make his/her cut.

You got seduced by a hooker robot? Get a fleshlight and throw in the towel.

Nah, it was a person but I bet she (or he!) was working somehow for this other site.

I would be surprised if that person DIDN'T work for that other website

When I was really young, I got scammed like that constantly (by different people) for like a month solid before I finally figured it out.

Well, I'm not really young, but if I would have been young (oh the days!) they probably would have had me over and over too ... :-D

There is no valid or legit reason for a female to ask you to follow her to a different site. Never. Hell if she REALLY wanted to talk to you she could give you her cell phone number or something, ANYTHING. But a different dating site? Blatantly no valid reason.
