Every day was up in the air...

When you can't think straight due to a neurological disorder, it makes sense to travel around like crazy and not even stop, just enjoy the scenery, for hours, then get lunch and coffee at the same place everyday, talk to no one except your equally crazy companion, come home and sleep.
But now that the neurological disorder is in the shadows, I've got energy, I've got a train of thought...
I've got a feeling of a NEED FOR STRUCTURE.
I can't keep doing this up in the air crazy shit, the brain seems kinda fixed. I went to my welfare agency and asked for a referral to a job agency today. Been walking around the lake a bit for exercise. Peeking at course listings for online study...
I think I've made a thread like this before but I was jumping the gun back then, I felt and thought pretty average.
But TODAY IS THE DAY, it feels like, what should I do to begin a decent life for myself?
Don't get me wrong I'm quite spiritually advanced and can sit outside in the garden for hours, go exploring rainforests, but it's all getting too anti-social. Kinda weird. It's TOO 'laze faire'.
I can keep it going and sort of turn it into a very spiritual life, but what about that world out there? Do I just leave it alone?
How do I structure my life a bit more?

It's interesting that you're asking how to do the thing that you know you want to do. If you know you want to do it, you must have some idea of what it is. And you have a much better idea how to motivate yourself to do stuff than we all do. When I coach track and field, I see this sort of question all the time; e.g. coaching discus, an athlete will throw, and realize they are not keeping their arm back. They then ask "I keep bringing my arm forward, how do I keep my arm back?" to which my response is essentially "you keep your arm back." Or sometimes they ask "how do I stop bringing my arm forward" to which I respond "you stop bringing it forward."
There is no secret to doing something. You just do it, and if you fail, you keep trying in different ways until you get it done. If you know what it is that you want to do, then do it. A baby doesn't need somebody to explain to them how to walk, they just see people walking, and they figure the rest out for themselves.
A structured life for me is not going to look the same as a structured life for you. You need to figure out what it is for you by yourself.
As a side not, I didn't intend for this post to sound rude, but upon reading it, it kind of seems that way. I'm just speaking my mind on the issue. When I want to achieve something, I just try to do it until I figure out how to do it.
