Lipstick mold? Not experienced enough to know for sure. Hopefully someone with more experience chimes in.

Toss it far far away, seriously, my first grow I lost quite a bit. Check your sterilization process. And just start over.

That's 1 of the causes. Mold spores generally die at 130 for 30 minutes. I aim for 140-160 closer to 140 for 60 minutes. Anymore and you're just killing the beneficial microbes that could fight off contaminations and help the mushrooms.
Another high chance is bacterial spawn. Even if it smells mushroomy, it doesn't mean it doesn't have bacteria.

This is colonized:
Lots of members have noticed cobweb and trich from jars that look like this or better. Wet spots are bacteria. Not wet grains or wet spots. To colonize cleanly is the hardest. I had to change my pc times to 2 hours to reduce it.
This is (ALMOST) cleanly colonized, that's how hard it is to have it completely clean. This isn't even completely clean:

This is completely clean spawn:

Anyone who's done this for awhile will testify this is the hardest part of the hobby and is what will dictate the success or failure of bulk.
Hope this helps.
