i add 5-10% peat moss to my sub to hold nutrients, hormones, chemicals from water of kelpak (it has DMT), humic acid, fish emulsion.  verm also hold nutrients well.  i also add 10-20% coir but for tilth inplace of adding straw.

I have what looks like a small outbreak of trych the mushrooms are growing will though is this a problem for the safety of fungus edibility?
