casing in fruiting chamber turning yellow

Hi I have a few questions. I have done the rye berry tek. I inoculated 4 1 quart jars with 2.5 cc of liquid syringe. That was on 6/4/15 , 6/16/15 I grain transfered to 6 more jars. Full colonization was fast. Cased with 50/50 peet and verm (jiffy mix). Fruited when mycelium reach the peaks n valleys . primordia was present after 6/24/15. Now 6/28 and my casing is turning off white (yellow in areas). My humidity is at 100 temp ranges from 70 to 80. I have a mister that I run every hour for a few mins to push carbon dioxide out. I don't mist because the machine . I have perlite as a humidification and use a tote drilled with holes. I use a 60w cfl light. So far I was amazed with the colonization. Was very fast. Please help. I heard when casing get stressed they piss n turn yellow. What am I doing wrong

Misting the casing layer every hour is extremely excessive. If fruiting the tray in a properly made SGFC with damp perlite, then 3 times a day is all that's needed, with some light fanning. And that tub you have those trays in have no holes!! Where's the FAE coming from? You need to construct a SGFC ASAP...

That is not a SGFC. It looks soaked and saturated. High CO2 levels are preventing primordia from developing (I see none in that pic) and keeping the colony in a veg state. That is why your casing layer got fully colonized.
You need to ditch that setup and build a SGFC.

can u take a more clear picture of the surface of the casing, from a birds eye view, with better light?
ur grain colonization times are pretty fast, when u say " liquid syringe" do you mean spores in water, or liquid culture/mycelial sugar recipe?
u saw mycelium thru ur casing on 6/24, after a g2g, that started with a master on 6/4.
spores can be quick to germinate and grow, I'm just wondering if those times are correct?

Can I drill more holes. I have holes drilled all together like 12. So can I just increase the number of holes. And less misting. My mister is a nebulizer hooked up to the tub

Yes those times are correct 7-10 days for masters to colonize fully and same with g2g. Two days after casing it was ready to uncover in the chamber. I do believe co2 buildup is the issue. I grew years back but only did brf cakes. Now I decided to do grains. I love the process and I must also add that I soaked 24 hrs with gypsum and coffee in distilled water prior to boil n PC. I believe it speeds up colonization . can this still recover.

I've added more holes and have dry rings around the bottom holes meaning a air flow. I posted pics, due u think they will recover.
