so i have a question, been doing some L lately relatively a new thing to me as i never been in the higher dose then one tab, yesterday i did 1 tab and half of some nice wow at the beach on a hot sunny day and had some unusual vasocontriction i think. like my whole legs and arms were almost numbs at some point like ive been sleeping on them .felt like i was walking on a cloud the trip was really great , and this morning i dont have cold feet or anything.
but my question is at what point does the vasocontriction becomes dangereous ?

I'm no doctor, but I'd say you should start worrying if your extremities are very painful, or if they begin to start turning blue or purple, or if the vasoconstriction doesn't begin to let up after the effects of the drug have wore off.
I occasionally get some funky vasoconstriction symptoms in my hands when I trip, particularly when it is hot out. Sometimes the swelling in my fingers gets uncomfortable enough that I have to remove my wedding ring, but things always start returning to normal an hour or two before I come down completely. As a matter of fact, this happened to me on my hike yesterday, after I took one tab of L and 1.5g of fungi.
If you are worried about it you can always keep some OTC blood thinners on hand like aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen. Or you could have some mild vasodilators on hand like ginger, lemon balm, ginseng, cayenne pepper, yarrow or valerian.

well. the vascoconstriction with lsd i personally would say doesnt get dangerous unless you eat the shit all the time. ive eaten a little under or a little over a gram since i started eating the stuff. i sometimes feel it in my legs and sometimes toes, and the tips of my fingers. but thats alott of lsd.
if your not eating lsd the vascoconstriction could get to a point, even in the trip where it gets so bad they have to take the limb.

holy fuckin shit some RC are fucked ,
for my part everything looks fine i think , just took a ibuprofen just in case
The vascoconstriction was comming in waves like i would feel it and then 20 mins later it was gone and then was comming back when i was smoking a cig. at the end of the trip i went to a fire and smoked some weed and it was pretty much all gone after that . i was streching alot tho after felt like ive been working out all day
I think its the sun factor plus the cigs and no weed that didnt help me on that one
but anyway thanks guys Ill keep in mind the Blood thinners and the vasodilators next time too.
