Metabolite belt on bulk substrate bag. Start fruiting or wait longer?

Hi guys & gals! I've been lurking for the past few months reading as much as I can before beginning my first attempt at some Golden Teachers & B+.
I decided to try 2 filter bag Grow Kits(2 1lb bags of rye & 5lbs compost each kit) from one of the named sponsors. I went this route mainly because of ease of convenience & more economic for me than buying all the goodies to do it from scratch, which I look forward to doing in the near future. Everything has been surprisingly moving very fast ever since I inoculated the 4 bags on June 5th and spawned them last Sunday to the compost bags that are made up of "dehydrated horse manure, exotic zoo manure, organic coconut coir, vermiculite, and gypsum". As an experiment I decided to dunk 1 of each variety for a little under 10 minutes before mixing 'em into the substrate.
I've searched here and abroad but haven't came across a scenario similar to mine. Used incorrect search terms perhaps...
My concern is that the undunked GT substrate has quite a belt of that mycelium waste/metabolite liquid going on and was wondering if I should; try to drain it, leave it be, or isolate & initiate fruiting to avoid possible contamination since it's well covered already(not ideally covered but good enough I hope).

You guys are great as I've learned quite a bit in the past few months from lurking, figured might as well integrate myself. Any and all suggestions on how to drain, fruit etc. are welcomed!
Spanks!!

Put in a fruiting chamber so it gets fae and if you want to drain it make a drain in the bottom.
