Telling the judge I'm going to continue self medicating. 1

Hai guys long time no see!! I've recently been self medicating while on probation since I get super nauseous after eating the smallest amounts of food, so I saw the doctor and got prescribed Zofran but that didn't even help at all. So I thought the smart thing to do would be self medication. I smoked yesterday after eating a corn dog and I felt no nausea at all. It was pretty awesome being able to munch out without getting sick.
But anyways, I wanted to take a stand at my next probation review and tell the judge that there's nothing wrong with self medicating and that in the end as a judge, it's his job to settle the difference between right and wrong and not what the law says because the law is not always right. I haven't been ua though in about 2 months but my plan is to take a stand if I ever get a dirty ua. I've also motivated a bunch of other people on probation to take a stand.
I was wondering what's your opinion on this and how do you think it'll go? I want to show the judge there's nothing wrong with it and I'll continue to do so.
Thanks!

My prediction is the judge is going to tell you to stop or risk getting your probation violated. I really, really doubt he's going to give a shit about whatever reason you feed him.
Above all, I'd really not recommend telling the judge what his job is.. That's liable to just piss him off even worse than you telling him you don't care if he said you can't smoke weed, you're going to anyways.

What will happen is you'll get a probation violation, and depending on how many you have already may have to serve the rest of your sentence.

Yeah it is, and it's time for a change. When you treat these people that are doing nothing wrong like criminals then what's that supposed to teach them? Police are here to protect and serve and stoners that are able to function in society like everyone else need to be protected as well not constantly harassed and thrown in jail, then they lose their job and most have to turn to crime to support themselves because of the consequences of jail, I lost my job when I was thrown in jail and now I'm back with my parents it's all bullshit.

Your not supposed to smoke weed on probation period. The judge doesn't care about your sob story. He'll throw you in jail and move on to the next person and won't think twice about it

I dunno what in the hell would give you that impression. Judges are even worse than the most strict parents when it comes to "Do what I tell you to do or else".
Make sure you update this thread after you execute your plan with vivid details. It should at least be good for a nice laugh.

This is not going to work, and this is not how the law works. For being on probation, you're extremely naive about the law.

Try mentioning it before dropping the hot piss?
I mean, he isn't going to allow you to do it, but why just do it and then go throw him a reason why? Kind of setting yourself up..
You're already unhappy with where you're at, so why risk making it worse? Doesn't make sense.
You can stand up for what you believe in without fucking yourself over.

Maybe you should just shut the fuck up and let your lawyer do the talking. Because I don't see any positive that can come out of you opening your piehole in court. If you say the same stupid shit in court that you do here you are going to get fucked. And be damn sure they can fuck you. Hard.

You will probably get sentenced to community service and more fines if you don't have any previous probation violations. They could sentence you to rehab too. Guess who will have to pay for that?

Yeah while you help further the political career of the judge who put you there so he can say I'm Tough on crime in his campaign ads. You wanna really stick to the man then pull a Bobby Sands and go on a hunger strike till you die but still no one will remember in 6 months.

aler said: Hai guys long time no see!!
Thanks!
Have fun in jail!

If you say that to a judge, you will do the maximum amount of time that you have on the shelf. That would be incredibly disrespectful and a blatant slap in the face of the court system. I don't suggest it at all.

You're still basically telling the judge the same thing even if you tell your PO. They have to report that stuff to him.

We're not being negative, we're being realistic.
Judge and PO aren't gonna care what reason you give them. To them you're just some hopeless addicted pot head saying whatever you can to justify your continual drug abuse.
Besides you're incredibly naive if you think this is some revelation, like you're the first person to ever try this.. They probably hear this shit on a weekly basis if not on a daily one.
I encourage you to try, but I'll be on honest on why. I want to see just how bad the judge rips you a new one for having the audacity to try it. I mean pretty much every single person in this thread has told you what a horrible idea it is and you're still optimistic, so obviously nothing we can say is going to sway you. So go for it. Just let me know what happens.

Are judges really supposed to choose between right and wrong? I'm pretty sure it's just their job to interpret laws and give directions to law enforcement, nothing actually moral. It's his job not to be moved by your plea, whether he agrees with it or not.

uuh, yeah they supposed to and do choose between right and wrong.
is shooting someone in the face legal? no.
is shooting someone in the face when they are raping your wife legal? or husband? or if they are about to shoot you in the face? HMMMM....
turns out things are never so black and white, and morality is very much involved in the decision process.

The law has provisions for situations like those and they mandate lesser punishment Moral considerations like that aren't made by the judge, they're written into the laws and the judge just assesses how the law applies to real-life situations.

you've obviously never watched judge judy
in all seriousness, i think your right that morality shouldn't come into play, but it almost always does. and this isnt a perfect world
i dont wanna derail this thread, but just look at the recent supreme court ruling. when it comes down to it, the only defense that those 4 judges ruled against it was because it was amoral

No, they did it because they decided that banning gay marriage violated the Constitution. Obviously morality influenced their ruling but their actual work is amoral.

Right, they are themselves constitutionally incapable of rational support for non-repressed out homos and their "deviant lifestyle" so they ignore legal provisions for equal rights. The judges in favor of banning the ban based their decision on laws that guarantee equal rights under the law for all people, and the fact that sodomy laws are mostly abolished by now and the fact that the medical community no longer considers it somehow worse for you than being straight also helps.

I dunno what in the hell would give you that impression. Judges are even worse than the most strict parents when it comes to "Do what I tell you to do or else".
Make sure you update this thread after you execute your plan with vivid details. It should at least be good for a nice laugh.
I will for sure update you guys on what happens. My next review is aug 8 so if I don't post that's day then you'll know I'm in jail. I plan on making this bigger than just a one man army I'm trying to get as many people as possible. It's time.
You do realize that people test dirty for thc on the regular and compound their problems. It is one of the few things with a +72 hour window. As much as I understand your desire to make change this will only change your path from towards exiting the justice system into the heart of the beast.
And as mentioned never tell a judge anything that isn't a response to a direct question the asked, them folks have some egos for sure.

aler said: Hai guys long time no see!!
Thanks!
I have the EXACT same problem bro. I suffer from bad nausea and nobody knows why. Weirdly enough, poppy pods remove most of that nausea and I get the munchies. I have no contacts for weed so I can't try that

Dont do it dude. It will almost certainly end badly for you. You violated probation. The Judge will seek justice for that and punish you accordingly.

OP, the courts have no compassion or morals (aside from those required by law). Arguing with a judge is like arguing with a cop. You're better off not saying a damn thing unless it will clearly benefit you in a legal sense. When you plead guilty to the judge your jail sentence probably won't even make the paper, and if it does, then the people reading about it will forget about you in between sips of coffee. Getting eaten up by the legal system won't change a damn thing. Successful protests involve large organised groups of people with the right goals and methods, and even when they work they still change almost nothing. Your efforts would be better spent by surviving as a criminal and gaining the respect of the people around you. Cultural norms are way more powerful than deviant pleas for mercy or justice.

If you piss on the law, you always have a really good excuse, not a bad excuse that you were just self medicating, that's the worlds worst excuse, the excuse of an addict that lives in a dense fog of cannabis addiction
They'll throw your ass in jail right away and they'll be happy to do so to set an example out of you
There are much better ways, and they are politics if you really care, and another good way is just don't get caught If you get caught and you just don't care, take the penalty
But who doesn't care about their home, family, girlfriend etc. ?
A year in jail means you're never getting a normal work again likely in your life
Weed often makes people irresponsible/careless about their future, and that is not a good thing, you are lacking realism in life as everyone is telling you

OP, knowing if it was a drug charge in the first place greatly changes my advice. if it was, you're screwed and they won't tolerate drug use of any kind. unless you're a medical patient in a state court. if you are on probation for something else then they most likely aren't going to do a chemical analysis.
the most important thing i have learned when dealing with the law is never admit to breaking it. EVER in other words don't tell the judge about anything you have done illegal. if weed is legal for you then fuck it you theoretically have nothing to lose.

yeah, most judges believe in jail time for probation violators and repeat offenders, I dunno, as crazy as it sonds they kinda see it as a slap to the face when they tell you you have a new set of rules to follow and you completely disregard them because you felt like getting high and decided to call it medication. for some reason they dont see self medication as actually getting medical help even when it's prescription drugs
so maybe he will stand up for what he believes in and you'll only get 6 months

Can you please explain your optimism and the mental image that's going through your head when you tell the judge basically "Look man, I know it's against my probation and I know you've set an order I'm not to do it, but I don't care and I'm just going to do it anyways"?
Do you picture the stern look fading from his face as the corners of his mouth start to tremble and then butterflies swoop out from behind him, and then his pupils start to dilate as he looks down and contemplates just how much of an unreasonable jackass he's been and finally conceded defeat and admits his fault and sees the light?
Like really, honestly, what do you see in your head?
I can tell you exactly what happens, and feel free to correct me if you prove me wrong. But he's going to be sitting there looking over paperwork and when you bring this up his ears are going to perk, he's going to heighten his gaze slowly to focus deadly on you, his eyes are going to start to squint, his forehead is going to wrinkle, he's going to stare at you hard for a few seconds, he's going to ask you to repeat yourself so there can be no mistake. He's going to listen, carefully to every word that leaves your mouth, he's going to sit back in his chair, take a breath, and then he's going to rip you a new one so hard you'd tuck your tail between your legs and run away whimpering if you even had the choice to.
Also as an added bonus, if you interrupt his tirade in any fashion, if you don't sit there silently and just take it, he's going to scream over you basically "If you don't shut the fuck up right now, this very second, I will find you in contempt" and if you keep on after that, he's going to have the bailiff take you to a holding cell. You're gonna get no chance to defend or explain yourself. Once you repeat to him what you said, you better buckle the fuck up and enjoy the ride. If you open your mouth to speak once he starts ripping your new asshole, you're going to get an entirely new charge.

I'm convinced it's not a troll post. Trolls don't generally portray themselves as naive, they portray themselves as cocky. Being cocky gets the vitriolic responses far more than naivety does.
In simpler terms (and not to insult OP) there's simply not enough "dumb" in the OP or responses by OP to be classic signs of trolling. A good troll would've had plenty of responses already to show us how dumb we were and draw more ire.

All judges are nice to a certain degree... It's not really being nice though, more indifferent. They see this shit day in day out it doesn't even faze them. They're basically just the cashier at your local grocery store. Some can be nicer and some can be more dickier, but in general, they're just so used to it, they don't even give a shit anymore. That is of course until you challenge them in some way. Quickest way to piss me off and pull fury out of me when I was a cashier? Tell me I'm wrong about something I know I'm right about and call into question my judgement.
You may think you're right about what you plan to say, but I can pretty much guarantee the judge won't see it that way. You plan to do the one thing that was a sure fire way to piss me and every single person who works retail, off. Call into question our judgement. You call his judgement into question. I guaran-fucking-tee he's going to become super dick. He is going to shut you down, he's going to make an example out of you.
The last thing you want is a judge's attention and you're about to get 100% of it.

Watch those two videos if you wanna see how quickly judges can become complete and total dicks. While you're watching them, consider the fact that the judge is going to view what you plan to say just as disrespectful as their behavior. Then realize the judge deciding your fate has just as much power. They will fuck you with a wooden dick and break it off in your ass without a second thought.
I could probably find a dozen more examples but I'm too lazy.

Police are here to protect and serve and stoners that are able to function in society like everyone else need to be protected as well not constantly harassed and thrown in jail, then they lose their job and most have to turn to crime to support themselves because of the consequences of jail, I lost my job when I was thrown in jail and now I'm back with my parents it's all bullshit.
...To protect and serve... The LAW. and that's exactly what the Judge is going to say "I don't care if you are Nauseous, I Care if you use drugs, because Drugs or ILLEGAL!"
Do you have your "Medical Card" ? that's the ONLY thing I can see giving you any sort of leeway.
and as already said, Unless you don't mind "topping-out", Probably shouldn't tell the Judge anything other than "That MJ is the only thing [so far] thats works..."
may i ask what the original charge that got you on Pb {assuming Midemeanor} was?

This country is a jail/prison factory. It's not really feasible to transport everyone from jail (you can serve time in jail or prison, but pretty much everyone who doesn't bail out is "held" in jail until sentencing) to courtroom for the preliminary shit. So yeah, a lot of it these days is done remotely.

I both agree and disagree. Obviously calling someone a cock isn't worthy of 6 months in jail, but at the same time, if you're stupid enough to think any good is going to come of that or you just can't keep your mouth shut knowing the risk, you kinda deserve it. Judges are WAY above cops. It's (mostly) okay to voice your distaste with a cop. Won't bring anything good, and it might even wind up with you in jail for at least the night, but ultimately, they can't really do much about it. A judge on the other hand can do quite a lot about it. Most people sentenced aren't given anywhere near the maximum penalty. He does have the power to give you that maximum. I'm not going to debate the morality of how he uses his power, because it doesn't really matter. All that does is the fact he can. When you're in the cross hairs, that's all that should matter to you.

If anyone thinks that OP has even a slight chance of coming out the "winner" in this situation then you're just as naive as him. What's going to happen is he is going to violate his parole & be sent to jail & the judge will say "next!"

If your not in a medical state there is no way this will fly, zero chance. If you are in a medical state they may just tell you to get a RX for weed. My state allows people on probation to smoke weed if they have a medical card. They could possibly get sued otherwise.

I didn't read any responses and while I agree with your reasoning behind it and think you should be allowed to, the world unfortunately doesn't care or work that way, and the judge most likely won't give a shit either and will sentence you for it. Just my 2 cents.

So, 7 pages.
Was anyone actually on board with OP?
Did OP listen to any of us?
Is OP intelligent?
Will OP be able to sway his judge?

The answers are: No. No. No. No.

It's funny because I think a lot of people have the way of thinking that the OP does until something that could've easily been avoided, bites you in the ass big time. I know I used to be that way when I was a little big younger until I was in situations, one after another, that I could've turned out alright from if I would've just swallowed my pride.
OP, think this through... Good luck.
its all good. no need for apologies
I am definitely thinking OP will end up in jail. I merely applaud his courage and way of thinking

I agree with this wholeheartedly. If you're gonna do this OP, go the full length and do it proper. Get it on camera, and spark one up in the court room. Remain cool and if possible come out with a deep, intellectual comment that will make everyone in the court room uncomfortable. You probably won't win the case, but you can at least make everyone involved feel bad about it.

Since you're refusing to heed the good advice here, I'm gonna go against the grain and say fucking do it, OP!
Clearly this judge will sense how heady you are and totes give you a thumbs up, a giggle, and likely bang that gavel stating "this is the realest motherfucker alive! I hereby commute these bunk-ass charges and order the defendant to just fucking stay groovy, man!"....
Solid as a rock. Don't listen to the rest of these morons here. They're just jelly they can't be the one to gain that glory you're in store for

Except everyone including the judge is gonna remember him as some dumbass who lit one up in the courthouse. Theres a time and place to fight against those laws. The courtroom isnt one of them.

Why the fuck would they feel bad about it? These people are at their place of work. Do you like random people coming to your job and telling you how to do it? Fucking horrible and stupid idea focused on the hope that the person doing it would be so important that they would 'change the world.'

education in general. kids are made to go to school because it genreally benefits society. we pay for kids to go to school to invent new drugs to help us live longer and stay erect. we make kids go to school to make our lives better. that's just a simple fact if there was no public education we wouldn't have anywhere near the technology or communication we have today.

That used to be true before liberal fucking morons took over the whole system and flooded it with bullshit. The vast mjority of the little peckerheads in school don't contribute at all ever and end up being whiny demanding cunts because they have been taught by liberal shitbags that it is their right to be taken care of. Then there is the unions that make it very difficult to fire bad teachers. So the situation we have now is that curriculum sucks and the teachers suck and the administrators suck because nobody is accountable
Public education has become public miseducation and propaganda indoctrination. Did you know that assholes who judge this shit say that there are racist math questions and that is why some races do less well?

Of course they hate it. They don't want to be held accountable. The worst thing that ever happened to the education system in the US was unionization. Unions exist for union members. They do not exist for quality of education. The bottom 10 percent of teachers should be fired every year.

Teachers don't want their curricula to be micromanaged by idiots who've never even been near their schools. It's got nothing to do with unions. The whole principle behind standardized testing is bogus. If standardized tests were worth a shit then a Chinese education would be better than an American one, and it isn't. The tests are there to try to make sure that standards are met, but the standards blow and so do the tests.

There is. I used to be a teacher, so I know lots of them.
If you've less than a Bachelor's you're underqualified to be a teacher and more than a Bachelor's you're overqualified to be a teacher, at least here in Ohio. The way teachers are hired is a bit silly like that.

Standardized testing is de rigeur. Are we going to judge each snowflake by how gracefully it falls? A math question is a math question is a math question. Solve for. History is either known or not known. Grammar is either followed or not followed. Vocabulary is either known or not known. These are simple concepts.
I do not disagree with your contention that the current standard testing is somewhat whack but the standard tests I took 40 plus years ago were legit.

Education is more complicated than that though. When you over-standardize education, you effectively specify it because all the time and resources are tied up in meeting the excessive standards. The teachers can't spend time to really develop ideas that they have some expertise in because they can only spend a limited time on all the subjects and they have to cover them all. That cuts back on time for things like experiments and hands on activities because those aren't on the test. Teachers start teaching to the test and sudden;y legit questions like "why are we learning algebra?" get ignored because being able to solve a quadratic equation on test day becomes more important. It doesn't matter if the student know why their doing what their doing or if they develop any value for what they're learning because that's not on the tests.
And the tests have changed a hell of a lot since 40 years ago. They give standardized tests in elementary school now. 11 year olds should not spend all school day for a week taking lame standardized tests. Pretty soon schools are going to work as well as congress.

I don't think I ever used a calculator in a math class in college, and I took stuff like calculus and complex analysis. We learned how the calculators worked. I remember my calc teacher bitching because his incoming freshmen didn't know how to add fractions without a calculator though. I'd have been embarrassed to be them.

Change the tests back to what they were 40 years ago. The problem is not testing per se. It is the tests as they are currently constructed by overthinking liberal jerkoffs.

They're so bad it's almost like liberal jerkoffs and conservative nere-do-wells (don't foget no child left behind) teamed up to put them in place. Testing as it was done 40 years ago would be a huge improvement, which is a pretty sad statement about the progress of education.

I didn't realize there was a huge pool of more qualified teachers standing ready to enter a cutthroat job market like you suggest for the privilege to educate entitled little brats for less than 50k a year.
There is. I used to be a teacher, so I know lots of them.
If you've less than a Bachelor's you're underqualified to be a teacher and more than a Bachelor's you're overqualified to be a teacher, at least here in Ohio. The way teachers are hired is a bit silly like that.
No one becomes a teacher for the wages.
What bachelor do you take to be able to teach in school?
Here you need at least 4 years edu + teaching experience (seminarium)
If it only required a bachelor it would be more interesting , must be boring to learn semantics for 4 years, but I suppose it sorts off all the non-serious applicants with that extra year, else we might get very unprofessional teachers maybe in some cases

Education or a general subject like Math, History, etc. Something along those lines.
Most get teaching experience during university. I did.

Very interesting since I'm still taking my bachelors, always wondered about becoming a teacher, could be fun, keep feeling like that would be a great way to live
Sounds plausible here too! - I know a few that teach besides their study So maybe that will be fine for requirements for a job

I'm not even clear on exactly what he was planning to say, or what sorts of things he was encouraging others to say. If you can't say something that helps you in court, what you do is say nothing. This all just seems poorly conceived, disorganized, and doomed to fail.

Knowing the consequences is what makes it stupid. This isn't how you change things. This is MORE detrimental to the cause than it is helpful. WTF is this going to do aside from reinforce the court's idea that addicts will say whatever they have to, to justify their usage and they need to be protected from themselves? Or that drug users are just criminals who think they live outside the law and can do whatever they feel like doing.
Court/probation is not the place to grandstand about acceptance and legalization. Alcohol is legal, but it's usually something else you're not allowed to do while on probation. You aren't making any point by violating your probation just because you think it's fucked up, other than you're a criminal/fuck up who has no respect for law. That is LITERALLY the only thing a judge is going to see it as.
Everyone knows the rules of their probation, they accept those rules when they accept the probation. If you can't follow those rules, don't get the fucking probation. You're only shooting yourself in the foot. You can either follow the rules of your probation and live outside of a cell, or you can be put in jail where you have no choice but to obey the rules.

Doesn't really matter what wording he planned to use, the general idea is laid out in the OP. As far as the judge's interpretation of what he says regardless of how he words it is: He's going to say there is nothing wrong with smoking weed and then tell the judge what his job is. Both are a completely idiotic thing to do.

aler said: Hai guys long time no see!!
Thanks!
It's going to go horribly.
I have chronic nausea and acid reflux, so it's near impossible for me to eat without an appetite stimulant or medication treating nausea, the meds prescribed were ineffective and had dangerous side effects, I have been using marijuana to treat these symptoms, as well as some sleep distubences and mild manic symptoms (they were going to diagnose me as bipolar but I'm never depressed, so it did not fit) regardless marijuana fixes these issues.
I have a medical license, and I live in a state where recreational marijuana is legal....
You can tell these people that it's a safe and effective medication, that not only does it work, that it's the only thing that works, that it's physically benign and one can not become physically dependant on it (most meds you can't just stop taking, you must taper, or sometimes you need meds to get off your meds, where as with marijuana you can stop whenever you want to with no ill effect...aside from minor irritability and minor sleep and appetite disturbance, some people don't even experience those effects when quitting) that it's a safe and natural plant that has been in use for thousands of years, and in all actuality nobody has the right to tell you not to us it, it's a harmless practice, a completely victimless act...every creature should have the right to alter their own consciousness, there's nothing wrong with it unless it becomes an addiction and it's not a moral issue, it's not that bad people use drugs, even animals alter their consciousness, there was a resort in Mexico where the monkeys would steal tourists alcohol, they did a study, some monkeys never drank, some drank moderately, and some were always drunk, it's 100% natural to alter your consciousness...like terence mckenna said “If the words 'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness' don't include the right to experiment with your own consciousness, then the Declaration of Independence isn't worth the hemp it was written on.”
We should be able to tell these people "look, this is who we are, this is what we do, we are not hurting anybody, consciousness exploration is natural, and we shouldn't have to bow our heads and hide our stash, we should be able to be who we are with out fear of harassment or criminal prosecution...
...you can use logic, science, facts, studies, good arguments, even expert testimony from a medical doctor, and the court will STILL tell you that your wrong, that it's never ok to use weed, that you should take a pharmaceutical that was invented in the 1980s with known and unknown dangerous side effects before you should treat yourself with a safe natural remedy that's been in use for thousands of years. They will tell you that weed is not helping you, that it's bad for your health, and that your braking the law to use it, even in legal states they say "it's not federally legal", they will portray it as something with no practical use in the modern world...
Honestly I'm sick of it, I want to dedicate my life to fighting for psychoactive freedom, in the case of marijuana and the psychedelics the laws are unjust, schedule I means ·No medical value (but all the psychedelics have been used as medicines by shamans for thousands of years, and have been shown to have therapeutic value in modern times.) ·Highly addictive (the psychedelics are not addictive, you can not become dependant, these compounds seem to brake destructive compulsive behaviors not form them) ·Dangerous (nobody haw died from the classic psychedelics, the handfull of deaths attributed to psychedelics are murky, and involved other factors... As senior LSD researcher Dr. David Nichols, Distinguished Chair of Pharmacology at Purdue University and head of one of the world's top LSD research labs, stated in his 2004 review article on hallucinogens, "There is no evidence that any of the hallucinogens, even the very powerful semisynthetic LSD, causes damage to any human body organ. [...] Hallucinogens do not cause life-threatening changes in cardiovascular, renal, or hepatic function because they have little or no affinity for the biological receptors and targets that mediate vital vegetative functions.-erowid. so deaths from psychedelics are rare to non-existant.
There is no reason for psychedelics to be schedule one.
They can't make being a non-Christian who uses plant entheogens, or being an artist, or being anti-war, or being counter-culture illegal, so they make their harmless customs (psychedelics) illegal.
Trust me though, none of this makes a difference to them, they will make it seem like what your doing is wrong no matter how much it helps you or how harmless it is...you can't talk reason into these people, they refuse to listen, they can't accept that plant medicines are plant medicines and not dangerous drugs, their too ignorant to differentiate a dangerous drug from a harmless one...the head of the DEA refused to admit that marijuana is safer than methamphetamine when questioned, because it would make them look like the hypocrites they are, and ignorant people believe the lies they tell, and the courts will always back the DEA no matter ho absurd.
This is what we are dealing with...
Don't expect any sympathy from the courts in regards to marijuana...Or any psychedelic

I think you've got a great shot at this. Tell the judge too that your like all your parking tickets taken care of, you want to be able to carry a gun on your person, and you want to be able to drink on an elementary school playground any time you damn well please.
What's the worst that can happen?

Nothing appeals to me no one feels like me, I’m too busy being calm to disappear. I’m in no shape to be alone contrary to the shit that you might hear. You can't wake up, this is not a dream. We're never getting one.
Either common sense finally won out, or the new asshole the judge ripped them is so massive and embarrassing they refuse to talk about it.

Yeah I'm kind of wondering how this went over but at the same time I'm relatively sure I know what went down.

They had came back after the court date was supposed to of happened. When I first bumped the thread, they hadn't been seen in a couple of days and later that night they were "seen". If they're gone for 3 months because they're in jail, I dunno that it's really related to this plan.
The dates aren't matching up. I know I remember that happening though.. At least I think I do.. Maybe after long enough it doesn't go by your last actual history on the site and just reverts to your last post?
