If I used two different strains of cubes in one casing what would happen? Like say someone forgot to label their Jars before putting them in an incubator and half were golden teacher and the other half Ecuador. I'm pretty sure I know which are which but I can't be totally sure and am not sure how to proceed in the future when it comes time too case, I have 10 quarts of each.

They would both grow.
Chances are you wouldn't be able to tell the fruits apart....cubes are cubes.

I searched around on the forum and some said that there would be significantly less fruit because the strains would be fighting for nutrients, others said it wouldn't make a difference

do they actually fight for nutrients? i assumed it wouldn't be any different than having multiple genetics growing together in a MS grow.

That forum is BS them. Aggressive anastomosis might cause some crossing but usually that results in aggressive cultures.
