Is my Horse manure that looks like hay/soil OK to use?

I read posts where it mentions composted horse manure to be negative and in order for sucsess its suppose to be weathered , well I fucked up. I collected a bunch of the broken down shit and only a few clumps , just not many. I was uneducated at the time.
My pasteurization prep was pretty sloppy and I beleive I allowed temps to reach above 180 but I'm not sure because I don't have a temp gauge. I won't be using the possibily sterilized Hpoo which Im suspicious about , actually Im posting with a question wondering if any of this shit is worth using , or should I continue with my vermiculite/coco coir mixture . If so ill buy gypsum and ask Starbucks for coffee grounds.
I've got a few jars pinning in vitro and want to spawn ASAP.

Assuming you're growing cubes..If you're having trouble with horse manure, just switch back to coir. Not that big of a difference. Isolate a good fruiting culture and it'll perform well on coir all day long.

Cubes , yes. I haven't ran the manure yet considering I just cooked it last night and will be waiting a few hours before it drys out before mixing with 50% coir. I guess the only to know if it works will be after I give it a chance , I just don't like wasting grains if I can prevent it.

Ime over cooked manure isn't worth it. Easily contaminates. I changed my pasteurization to 60 minutes at 140-160, preferably closer to 140. I've noticed a killer difference from my closer to 160 at 90 minutes pasteurization. I'd just use the coir as said before. Put your manure on a tarp and let it dry out again. Then repasteurize it if you want to use it still

Awesome , so the composted /broken down manure which resembles hay will work as well as the clumps of weathered shit which look .. Well , like shit ? I don't know if I can go back to the ranch because it was away in the boonies.
Ill end up getting some vermiculite and just using coir for a few mono tubs .. Should gypsum be added for the calcium ?

You want horse manure collected from a field, not a stable. Stable floors are littered with feed waste and other nasties you don't want in your manure. Field aged manure does not smell like manure. It has a very earthy soil smell to it. Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems like you don't know what you're doing when it comes to using manure as a substrate. I would just keep using coir until you have a better grasp on it.

Honestly , I have very little myco knowledge and i appreciate you pointing me in the right direction because it sounds like you don't want me to fail .. Which is Probually the direction I'd be heading if I chose the horse trail.
So coco, vermiculite , gypsum , and that's it ? Or should I use coffee grounds or worm casings ?

anything except coir/verm/gypsum requires proper pasteurization. CVG is just as good a substrate as manure, easier to prep and way harder to fuck up.

Coir verm gypsum is a solid mixture. Add a little coffee/gypsum to your grain soak water, but not to your mixture. If you add coffee to your substrate you'll have to buffer the PH.

Cvg!! do it up! Probably best to start with. Still I started with manure still haven't even done cvg :/
For manure you want it to be field aged and dry. It'll look basically like small straw particles. This is what you want. Not stuff in stables. It should basically look like soil. If it looks like that but is wet, just put it on a tarp.

This time of the year though you should be able to find dry manure easily.
For anything besides cvg you need to use this: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17246844

QFT Overcooked manure is a trich magnet
OP, just use coir for now. Don't add anything other than vermiculite and gypsum until you have more experience

You should also invest in a "temperature gauge", also commonly referred to as a thermometer. One of those digital ones with a steel probe, on a cord, for cooking meat, are common and cheap.
