2 day old straw soak. smells kind of funky. outdoor bed. ok?

Im giving a good rinse. Outside bed. I never get contams from healthy myc outside. Proly let it soak with a little bleach.

Bacterial it sounds, yellow water after a soak? Not sure about outside work and bacteria.
If the straw is crunchy and pops with ooze throw it.

After the bleach solution soak you might want to let it dry out in the sun. It seems like most bacteria that colonize subs don't like dryness, sunlight and FAE. Fresh horse manure (with lots of straw in it) in a tub gets a sour odor that I never smell when it's in the field.
