Proper fruiting chambers?

I have 18, almost fully colonized, pint jars and one grow bag. I have decided to go with peat moss, vermiculite, and calcium carbonate for the casing mix. I am using a small closet with no ventilation and a foam seal under the door.
QUESTION: How in the hell do I do the fruiting stage for casing that much substrate? *Do I just try open air?* Have multiple setups? One giant bin is definitely not going to be enough for that many jars and multiple strains.
SECOND QUESTION (FOR CASING SPAWN BAG): Is it feasible/should I break up the contents of he spawn bag to create a large surface area when casing? I don't know well enough to say if that damages the mycelium and prevents growth.
***I have thought of using a space heater for the whole room potentially with multiple bins to maintain heat and humidity but I have no idea. This is my first grow attempt.
Thank you in advance for any constructive replies. If possible, video tutorial links are useful, though I havn't been able to find anything that addresses my specific questions.

I asked for constructive replies...not for condescending attempts at insults. So either refrain from being a jackass, or GTFO

I am using a closet because it's the easiest for me to maintain a sterile environment. Anyone who is ignorant enough to assume something that fucking ridiculous wouldn't have given me any advice I would have wanted anyways.

Terrible fruiting conditions.....

Yes, fruiting is done in open air...
I would spawn 9 quarts to 2 monotubs......spawn to a bulk substrate in monotubs, do not just case it.

You should either break it up, spread it out in a bin/pan and apply a casing layer, or break it up and mix it evenly with a bulk substrate material.
Casing is not spawning to bulk, it's 2 totally different things.

A space heater is not going to do anything for humidity except make it dissapear....that is what heat does.....
Room temp is fine throughout the entire grow.....monotubs create their own humidity.

Thank you for the reply. That's where i'm confused though. I was under the assumption that the fruiting stage was most difficult part when it comes to keeping everything contamination free. However, I see video after video of people birthing it in tap water with open air then placing everything in tubs with open air. If I really can be that careless when it comes to contamination then this is going to be a lot easier than I thought.

Wrong....the worry about contams come during colonization....fully colonized cakes/spawn/substrates are contam resistant.....hence why we wait until full colonization before fruiting/opening/exposing to open air.

Spawning to bulk/fruiting are the least worrisome times when it comes to contamination.
Getting clean spawn is the true way to have great grows. Do not cut corners when pressure cooking, or doing SAB work. That's when being sterile is most important.

wow..thank you. that actually makes me really happy because this is my first attempt and everything has gone as smoothy as it could have. Everyone was telling me that I should expect a 30% success rate my first try. With as OCD as I am my prospects look really good for the rest of the process.

Dude your doing pf tek. You don't have to worry about contam much anyways.
When you start doing grain, dont skimp on the PC time, nor slack off doing SAB work. Seriously, don't half ass that shit.
