And doubtful these guys will see a single day of jail time. When they should be locked away just as Ross Ulbricht was.
I wasn't surprised either.

Well, like most criminals (even stupid ones) they probably commited ten or more offenses before ever getting caught once. As agents of the Federal Government, I'm sure they had opportunities to commit LOTS of criminal acts both large and small, such as peeping at your sisters naked selfies as well as stealing millions of dollars in other instances when they didn't get caught.
What's worse, is that they were doing that while getting OUR tax dollars as their pay. YOU (and I and every member of the psychedelic community) contributed to their not insubstantial salary all the while they were conspiring and actually committing this theft and other crimes as well, no doubt.
I say put 'em in jail and throw away the key. Maybe even forget to feed them or give them water so they go into acute renal failure like the cops did to that poor innocent college kid a while back.
N.B.

The Hitman charges were dropped, and if I remember correctly DPRs defense team couldn't bring up evidence which suggest the 'logs' of these supposed hits could have been planted by agents who had full admin access to the servers. The same access which let them funnel out all the BTC they stole.
It would have been nigh on impossible for the prosecution to prove beyond doubt that those logs were created by DPRs and not a third party to incriminate him. This is why a big deal was made publicly of his homicidal tendencies, but no evidence was presented to prove it - and the defence was not allowed to mention it.
