What if one of those 5 year olds you save ends up being Hitler .
Would you rather kill a 5 year old Hitler or a 95 year old Hitler

95 year old. The population control enacted was an evolutionary trait, like an inbuilt program installed in some humans, to ultimately benefit humanity and keep the species alive and evolving, which is the purpose of life. I personally don't want to have kids; there are enough humans and I don't think me making more will contribute anything good for anyone.

It's funny cos I was just reading reviews of Wolfenstein: The New Order, and the review said "What if the Nazis won World War II?" is probably the single most-asked alternate history question

this is unrelated to the thread, but there is a novel about that very thing called the Man in the High Castle.
Amazon is also making a TV series, and the pilot episode is out already. it looks like a great show
in it, the japanese control about 10 of the western states, out to utah and ihado,
the Nazis control the east coast all the way out to missouri, iowa,
and CO, kansas, wyoming nabraska are neutral zones
i can't fucking wait for the first season to be released. the pilot was awesome

Patlal said: I was thinking about this scenario.
If you're in a situation where you have to kill a 95 year old in order to save a 5 year, obviously the answer is to kill the 95 year old right?
What if you're asked to kill two 95 year old in order to save that 5 year old kid. You would still kill the two 95 year old right?
What I was wondering is, how many 95 year old do I need to tip that scale over? 10? 20?
Cause let's say the deal is to kill a hundred 95 year old people in order to save 1 kid. You know, why wouldn't you save the kid? At this point letting the 100 year old die to get the kid is starting to save the government serious money right? No more pensions, no more medical to pay and in the end you get a brand new kid full of potential.
So yeah. How many 95 year old would have to be on the line for you to kill the kid in order to save them?
Depends if I can ask the 95 year olds first.
And no, if I deny the children, the old people will follow soon.
Sounds like a win-win.

I'm thinking of getting it, but it will be on Xbox 360, and apparently it comes with heaps of discs and you have to install at least 10gb. I don't think I have a 10gb hard drive in the xbox.

What if the 5 year old had Sickle Cell Disease and was gonna die at age 10 but the 95 year old would live to be 115?
I like Wolfenstein.
