BRF cake fruiting...HELP

Hello everyone, long time lurker first time poster.
I started a batch of golden teacher a month or so back and everything was smooth sailing up until now the fruiting phase. I followed the guidance of mushroom videos dot com and made the FC to their specs. I also dunked and rolled each cake according to the video. Here is a pic of the FC; shotgun style, with about three inches of perlite.

The issue I am having is getting the cakes to pin. After a few days one cake grew a mushroom that I was able to harvest and dry but that is it. the other three nothing and the fourth has stopped as well. It has been 16 days and nothing. I have been diligently misting and fanning but no avail. I read a lot of other posts on similar issues but I can't seem to get any love. I will also include a few pics showing the temp and a close up of the cakes.

I apologize for the giant pics but I don't know how to shrink them and thank you all in advance for any help.

That blue bruising is stress from dehydration. How long did you dunk them for before rolling?

They look dry, did you let them consolidate for a few days after 100% colonization?? Also I would put a pile of vermiculite on top of the cakes n wet it down, it will provide a reservoir of water for the cakes. Trim the tin foil so it's just a bit rounder than the cakes. Can you post a pic of your entire fc? I'm somewhat new but learned from lots of reading and trail and error. Keep us posted oh and what he said on dunking.

I let them sit for around twenty four hours, what I did not do was place them in the fridge they just sat on the counter in a big tub of water.

Yes I did let them sit for about a week after the entire jar was white. I wonder if I should dunk them again?? Here is a pic of the entire FC minus the lid.

There's your solution. Refrigerate them, and dunk again. I'm not an expert, but I have had success getting cakes to fruit by doing just that. Sometimes it seems mean to put them in the cold for a night... But then they fruit beautifully after.
The temp of your growing environment has a lot to do with it as well. May as well try it!

I couldn't see the pic but it might of just been me. Yea I'd re dunk but let them sit in the fridge while dunking. What kind of lighting and on off schedule are you using?

Thanks, I think I will try to redunk them. I use sunlight, where the FC sits is a good spot near a window and the sun hits them for about 12 hours.

I may catch some shit for this but here we go. Cold shocking does nothing for a tropical species like Cubensis varieties. Cakes just kind of suck, especially cakes that are weak genetically. You can try some of the tricks people are going to post. OR. You could save yourself a great deal of heartache by spawning to a bulk substrate such as coir/manure/straw and doing grain jars. Yes that means getting a PC, but if you are serious about this hobby or really doing anything worth doing.....do it the right way. Cakes just do this sometimes. Shit I've had monotubs do this. Sometimes genetics are just not on your side.
Continue to provide optimal fruiting conditions and it MAY produce something. Worst case scenario you spawn it to an outdoor patch and start on something that will fruit more prolifically for you.
Good luck to you

Thanks to all the advice I took it and ran with it. I soaked the cakes again overnight this time in the fridge. Next, I placed them back into the FC with a verm reservoir on top. It seemed to work as the pics show. I didn't grow a ton but I got a few monsters!! Thanks again, I just started my second flush I will keep you posted.
