Your options are caffeine, kratom, nicotine or an ADD prescription and that is pretty much it. Those hippy plants will not give you any energy.

This white vein stuff I have gives me a mini tweak for a few hours. I love it.

same here.....and coffee gets me rather scatter brained if i drink just a wee bit too much , while kratom provides me with a much more "usable" stimulation/focus/energy and massive amounts of stamina unlike any other herb/drug.....all the while it's a very natural and benevolent buzz and i don't feel loaded or on one .
kratom is also loaded with anti-oxidants, keeps my blood sugar balanced, has all sorts of anti-cancer benefits, boosts the immune system.....if used in moderation and not abused or used solely as something to catch a buzz this leaf has lots to offer our bodies.
Didn't read the whole thread, but here's my 2 cents.....To the OP.....mucuna pruriens taken with green tea is a magnificent alternative to coffee. Took some today for the first time in a long while, and I'm zingin !!!
Mucuna pruriens contains a wide variety of nutrients & neurotransmitters, strengthening the body & mind while tonifying the adrenal & endorphin systems. Replenishes neurotransmitters. Mucuna contains a high amount of L-Dopa (some samples showing over 8%), serotonin (5-HT), 5-HTP, nicotine, beta-carboline, and tryptamine alkaloids.
Last year I was on a regimen of taking mucuna just about every other day, with a longer break between every other week or so, for a few months. The first few times I used it I noticed quite a pronounced lift in mood, clarity of mind, some energy & motivation. It reminded me of a light dose of adderall, of course no where on the level of an amp but it did have that dopaminergic drive & feel about it.
Considering the high concentration of L-dopa in mucuna I don't think it's a good idea to take every day, or regularly for any long stretch of time. It is best to take mucuna on an empty stomach and with green tea or green tea extract, which contains EGCG (an inhibitor of dopa decarboxylase)....With out taking something like the EGCG with mucuna the L-dopa is converted to dopamine outside of the brain, so higher concentrations of dopamine are in the blood and one doesn't reap the full potential of what mucuna has to offer.

Once again. Not looking for energy drinks. Just a healthy alternative to drink after breakfast. Like Chai tea or something. But i hear great things about herbal teas such as green tea, chaga, and reishi teas... any experiences with those? Fuck anything with caffeine unless it's green tea

Piracetam and noopept are garbage the most they do is placebo. Also nicotine is a legit nootropic.
Lol BC what basis do you have for this opinion? ALL studies done on these two nootropics have been quite legit
And ADD prescriptions are a stimulant that cannot be sustained long term
