it had nothing to do with mate.

the same way that the anti-GMO crowd debunks the thousands of studies on GMOs?
or is it the same way that people are claiming yerbamate to be super healthy

Who cares about cancer. I'm sure all the metal dust and concrete dust I've inhaled should make me super human .

My reasoning is if you can't handle caffeine you won't be able to handle anything mentioned in this thread.

I agree. Which us why I'm more curious about chaga and or reishi tea? Full of antioxidants etc. I'm not necessarily looking for an energy replacement for kratom. But rather ideas for a healthier alternative daily tea. I haven't heard much about yerbe mate so I may look into that

If its just coffee your wanting to quit but aren't opposed to caffeine then teas can be good alternatives. Most black teas (English breakfast, Earl Grey etc) have caffeine levels not much lower than coffee. If you want something more gentle then green tea as a good alternative. It has a little caffeine but not nearly as much as coffee or other teas.

Yerba mate causes higher rates of cancer and is just a bad idea to be using more then maybe once a month. If you like the drink that much to risk getting cancer you might as well just pick up smoking.
Green tea is alright but the caffeine content is tiny so you have to drink like a jug of that bitter piss to even get any pep in your step. A nice coffee tastes just so much better then tea and gets the job done.

Ok. I guess I'll do my own research on chaga tea. Probably start drinking that daily instead

Chaga is really just a anti-oxidant boost I think. I don't think it would make a huge difference in terms of short term energy boost. Probably just a nice thing to have on hand
I just tried the following this morning; 100mg caffiene pill and 100mg theanine. I feel a clean buzz going. Like I said, REALLY try it out
You could also try a sample of trubrain's products out. In case you are not familiar with nootropics it is a group of chemicals found to be non-toxic and completely safe that aid the function of your brain and energy levels. Caffiene is a good example but it is a lower quality nootropic
and People say that tea doesn't pack a punch. But it most definately does. Try green and matcha teas. Also black tea and breakfast tea variant most definately pack a punch

It is worth noting the correlation between yerba mate and cancer was found in areas where fire cured mate is by far the most popular. As far as I know the only carcinogens found in mate are polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, which are produced during the smoking process, and also found tobacco smoke. I assume any cancer risk would be greatly reduced with plain yerba mate.

what it really comes down to is that there are very few studies done on yerba mate and there's a potential health risk, we can speculate all we want on what ever but it's worth noting that the risk is there

I have tried modafinil. It def is not an everyday thing. It drains me and it feels very "artificial". Ie piracetam, green tea, healthy lifestyle etc. are much safer, carry less risk in the short-term and long term. I would advise you to look at this video:
The idea here is that you cannot get such dramatic benefits with no side effects

Get an ADD prescription like I did it's easy to fake but I have legit ADD.
Piracetam and noopept are garbage the most they do is placebo. Also nicotine is a legit nootropic.

Ohhhhh I like me some Chai tea. But this is mostly like a daily tincture/tea I know is doing well for my body.
Final comparison.... chaga tea daily or green tea daily after breakfast??? Caffeine free. Shit makes me jittery

Dude read any of my posts. I want something without caffeine. I am curious if anyone has tried chaga or reishi tea or mixed and hiw they like it. Or I might get back into green tea since it doesn't have too much caffeine...
