There is WD to it, I know exactly what your talking about
I did it for months daily and when I stopped I felt like I had the flu
I could barely walk without just wanting to sit down and eat more powder
Just don't go overboard
And everyones different, Kratom gives me energy or sedatating depending on dose
Sorry if my typing is nuts, Ac at my job is broke and really took a toll on me today

this
Use responsiblly and you should be fine. I have used for about 2 years. I never do 3 days in a row, and I always make sure to take breaks. That is really what is important here

i only ever used the stimulant dose which is less than the sedative once. after that i only used sedative dose which had me in paralysis for a few hours.
now i would only use it 1 or 2 days a week if i had some...
also the tolerance grew very fast with me.

Kratom has withdrawals and they are a pain in the ass but as stupid as this sounds you never have to deal with them if you use it every day and don't go overboard with it.
Think of someone who drinks coffee. It benefits them and they need it every day and without it they would go into withdrawal. With kratom you just do it every day and try to keep your doses low and when you decide to stop just ween yourself off and there is no discomfort and lots of benefit.
I think the white veins are some of the best for school and studying and physical labor. Not only is white vein kratom and kratom in general a powerful nootropic, but it by far surpasses the traditional nootropics like piracetam and noopept.
Like I said, try a good white vein strain of kratom and try a pretty low dose and you should be moving around and ready to cook and clean and study and do anything for a few hours it is a great social enhancer and still has that opiate warmth of the reds just as much IMO.
Oh and just so you guys understand my daily usage here is what I do: five grams upon waking, three grams in the evening, my max I set for myself is ten grams for the total of the day but I never go above eight. I have done kratom for years and had breaks here and there but always go back cause I am better on it and my tolerance has never risen for some time. Guys on the kratom coinesseur forum have been doing it daily for twenty years and still love it.

i only ever got my hands on maeng da. and would dose 5-10 grams.
i am interested in experimenting with other strains of Kratom when i get the chance.
i read that maeng da is more sedative which is nice but i would like to know about some strains for energy because i will be doing landscaping soon and wouldn't mind a supplement to boost me ability.

I love the red thai. But yeah, just knowing I am physically dependent on it scares me. I only take 8-12 grams a day. Bu yeah I'll have to ween myself off. I just don't like being dependent on any substance daily. Except maybe weed. Eventually I'd like to be a weekend smoker only too. Daily use of any drug can be bad

I rather have tea Coffe makes me shit my brains out And caffeine tweaks me out with little rush of energy, no euphoria and just makes me feel bad
I almost eat green tea daily too Get it?

I cant stand the taste of tea... just tastes like leafy water(even with milk). Coffee has depth and a much better flavour + caffeine if you need i strong.

I went through a tea phase and think it sucks now. It tastes like cheap piss and coffee has so much better of a taste to me.

Find a good tea. I like a good earl grey with lots of sugar. Or even better kratom.

Haven't you asked this many times before? They really don't equal each other at all. Coffee is a mild stimulant and kratom is basically an opiate. The little rush you get from kratom is just dopamine rush not a true adenosine transmitter type response from coffee. Drinking a cup of kratom every morning will get you addicted to it and that is far worse to get off then coffee. No matter how much anyone here tries to say you won't, they are all clearly addicted to kratom and tend to ignore that fact. I have no idea why?

More like mildly dependent and that's dosing 2-3x a day

Perhaps kratom tea has some health benefits? Maybe even a healthier alternative than coffee, assuming I'm making tea out of it... I also have chaga tea, which I may end up sticking to that, but i cant do both and overload my system with antioxidants. Plus chaga doesn't give me that awesome euphoric boost that kratom does.
Bottom line: is it safe/healthy to have a cup of kratom tea every morning instead of coffee? Perhaps even healthier?
Methamphetamine is a viable alternative.

Way too stimulating and long lasting. I've successfully tapered off kratom doing coke and H speedballs

You can dose small, I highly doubt, for me atleast, that H and Coke would be more effective than meth.

the helath benefits are only speculation as there have been no real studies done
