Not a fan of coffee. Alternatives?

I love kratom, but i am unsure about the risks of using it everyday even if it's from a good vendor. I used to wake and bake but that makes me too groggy and tired early on.
Perhaps kratom tea has some health benefits? Maybe even a healthier alternative than coffee, assuming I'm making tea out of it... I also have chaga tea, which I may end up sticking to that, but i cant do both and overload my system with antioxidants. Plus chaga doesn't give me that awesome euphoric boost that kratom does.
Bottom line: is it safe/healthy to have a cup of kratom tea every morning instead of coffee? Perhaps even healthier?

Kratom is filled with anti-oxidants so I would go for full leaf and avoid extracts
Also, relying on any chemical to wake up in the morning is asking for dependance issues later in life. Stick to healthy habits. A clean diet, 8 hours of sleep, early nights, and meditation/low stress are all key. Excercise helps but going for a simple walk is more than enough. Healthy lifestyle generally helps all aspects of life and stops you from relying on stims for functioning
Also; if you dont like coffee, tea is a good alternative. Less stimmy and much smoother energy Daily kratom should be avoided generally. I think every other day would work fine

Doesn't it have caffeine in it? And what about chaga tea? I've heard amazing things about that?

Indeed "healthy" is a controversial term. Keeping that in mind, caffeine is more addictive than alkaloids in Kratom are. Daily Kratom consumption is not well studied, but Kratom is addicting as well and has negative health effects among addicts.
That being said, Kratom is never going to replace a cup of coffee in the morning. Even the more stimulating strains are not comparable to caffeine.

much better than coffee. After switching to tea I have much better energy and im less stressed and jittery
A couple days of the week I take 100mg caffiene gum with 50-100mg of theanine. It works quite well
Theanine and caffiene are both present in tea so its a smoother buzz compared to caffiene. And less habit forming

try stretching every morning that's a great wake up and when the blood starts flowing there is a sense of euphoria from that alone.
im being hypocritical thought i usually need some drug to wake up whether it be caffeine nicotine or weed. even sometimes salvia.
stretching is the healthiest option i haven't done it in a while though.

I stretch, I exercise, I eat mostly well. But my vice is smoking weed. Albeit, I do use my volcano and wish to purchase a vape pen someday. Anyways, i like the ritual of having a warm cup of drunk after breakfast. Hell, for a little while it was hot cocoa or apple cider lol.
Green tea scares me because I use decaf since caffeine messes with me and I'm unsure about fluoride levels especially when using everyday. Kratom feels perfect, but there isn't much research and I do notice some withdrawal if used daily.
I think it'd be nice to switch it up e eryday... maybe green tea one day, hot chocolate the next, juice the nezt, and chaga for most days since I believe chaga has the most benefits. I'm also concerned if it's possible to overdo chaga?
Anyways, thanks for all your support guys. It's threads like these that make us more aware and healthier

I prefer kratom for energy and work over caffeine any day
Caffiene is a shitty stimulant imo

I don't get any energizing effects from kratom though.
if anything I feel a slight buzz similar to a few beers.

i ate Kratom for a week or 2 straight and when i stopped i became depressed
i read that it could happen and was trying to fight the feeling but somehow i started feeling lower and lower without realizing that it was likely from stopping my Kratom use.

I am a daily kratom user and the energy I get from it surpasses the energy I get from my concerta prescription and coffee by miles.
This white vein stuff I have gives me a mini tweak for a few hours. I love it.
