Yellowing, and nodes. (pics)

So I had one tray that went south, got some green mold in it. But I had another two that where kickin' pretty good, and a third meandering along. Most of their cellophane coverings where loose, except the third slow one, so I attribute that to GE.
My main concern is with two others that where doing good. Nothing really seemed out of the ordinary except a yellow spot that developed the day after removing the contaminated tray. Their is also some wicked looking mycelium with a distinct contrast, though this could be attributed to multi-spore. So today I decided to investigate a bit deeper, I shined a flashlight on it and the yellowing is faint but covers some of the rhizomorphic looking myc, their is no yellowing on the fluffier stuff. Another thing is, in the fluffier stuff there are node looking things, is this just poor myc from the multi-spore? Also I made a bit of a mistake in filling them too much, the cellophane droops and actually has mycelium using it as a hold, will removing it damage the myc and leave it open to contams?
Is the yellowing just metabolites? Or could it be green baddies trying to get at it?

Any ideas? I went ahead an started fruiting the better off of the two, and am attributing it to metabolites and high moisture. But please if anyone has any speculation over the pictures, share.
Just examined the tray in the pictures, and out of the node looking myc I have a couple albino pins coming in, unless anyone knows this as trich getting hold, looks like I am fruiting it.

It's not trich. It's just metabolites/yellow staining too. I don't like the Grey all around in the first pic, but the subsequent pics look good. Next time upload them onto the shroomery server. Not imgur.
