Risk of cultivating?

I'm going to try and grow some mushies in a few months, and have almost everything I need. I was wondering if there are specific things I should do to avoid getting caught? More specifically, is there a website that is trusted and I can mail in money to get spores? Can I ship the spores to my house, or is this tracked by the DEA? I also wanted to know if I can reuse the perlite, and if the water in the perlite and in the spray bottle should be mixed with hydrogen peroxide to inhibit bacterial growth? Thanks

The dea tracks all spores. If you grow any shrooms you must register all your spores with the govmnt.

How about you just order spores for legitimate reasons and not incriminate yourself on the internets.

Spores are for microscopy only. You better buy a bunch of microscopes and give them out to people on the shroomery, or you're done man. Dea is already reading this right now.

Cultivation is incredibly risky. It's just a matter of time before you're caught.
The feds can ID you just by your IP address and access times on this site. Shroomery doesn't delete any records.

Says the fed lol. Good to see you tiger.
Cultivation if you own your own home, live alone, and tell no one you grow a few cakes or a tub is fine.
You start trying to be a drug dealer and like everyone else you will eventually get caught.

First of all, the DEA doesn't do the IP thing typically... Computer shit is usually the FBI. Next, since the spores are being sold AND USED strictly for microscopy, they have no basis to track orders from vendors. They can not access those records without a warrant (Well they can, they just can't use it to arrest you until they find probable cause, ie blasting your shit on FB)
The only time they are going to look into your online purchases is if you start ordering shit for a bulk illegal growing operation right off of amazon. (Not casings, think entire room.)
Don't worry too much about the ordering and junk... If people can get real stuff sent in the mail via Bitcoin transactions, you aren't even on the radar.
Now, lets talk about what happens as soon as that needle goes into the cake/grain/vein(dont actually try that.)
First charge is obviously possession. Second charge is cultivation of a controlled substance. and then just for fun Intent to sell/distribute/traffic (depending on the weight)
The argument is that you are growing more than you could eat by yourself in one sitting, so personal use goes out the window. And then also because, you know, trumped up charges make you crack faster. So they will hit you with all three, maybe some others for kicks if you got other shit in the house like bud. As soon as they come through your door the only words you are allowed to say are "I can not answer any questions without legal council present."
Those words will make the difference between something shitty happening to you or you incriminating yourself into something much much worse.
Next, actually lawyer up. YOU do not make deals with the police, the police don't give deals. "All this can go away-" but it never will.
SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH
ANYTHING that you say to the police can AND WILL be used against you. Again, the police don't make deals, they just make the arrests. The DA is the one you need to worry about, and you won't be the one to do the talking there either.
You talk to your lawyer, your lawyer talks to the DA, and then you get your plea bargain, typically pleading guilty to possession and cultivation to make the intent to sell go away.
Now how much time you stand to face really depends on where you live, but its all felonious (Felony)
So if you get caught you can expect to be inside for a few years. Be smart.
And you could reuse the perlite I suppose, but a bottle of peroxide is like... half a new bag? And if the 10-15 bucks worth of perlite is something that strains your budget, this may be the wrong hobby for you. Mushrooms are extremely fun and rewarding to grow (ITS FASCINATING!) but you won't get the yields you want if you cut corners. I dunno how you would clean perlite, but I'm sure its possible. Not worth the risk in my book.
