ID Request possible panaeolus cinctulus (PA HORSE FARM)

 Habitat: Found on old horse manure trail used in the winter, trail is now covered with grass and these guys
Gills: brownish/black
Stem:long skinny stem
Cap: Brownish rings around cap
Spore print color: Dark Black
Bruising: New to this so not entirely sure
Other information: I am new to hunting and gathering, I have done as much research as possible and would appreciate and honest second opinion from an experienced picker]. Thank you

I also confirm them as p. Subbalteatus.

Thats them!!! They grow in almost any fertile lawn. I live in pa and my yards loaded along with every ones in the area. NEVER CONSUME WITH OUT ID from TI !!!

also those spore prints were done very quickly as to I am fairly new and was unaware at the long period of time needed for a proper print

The spore prints look jet black to me, so I'd call them Panaeolus cinctulus s.l.
