Growing mushrooms without a spore print
    #21840929 - 06/22/15 08:26 AM (9 years, 6 months ago)

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I was wondering if I am able to start a grow when instead of having a spore print, I have actual psilocybe cubensis . Am I able to just sacrifice one of them and crush it up in a fruiting chamber so all the spores just fall? Thanks for the help

If it's a fresh cube, then you should clone it by taking a piece from the inside of the stem and transferring it to an agar dish. Then make sure it has good growth with no contamination and transfer a small wedge to some grains or a new dish, and there ya go. Do all this in a SAB to maximize your chances of success and look up teks using google search. Growing is easy and fun!
