They look like it.

Usually you want to wait a few days with cakes after they hit 100%.

If you have I'd go ahead and birth them.

Use the search function next time.

Did you put a Dry layer of Vermiculite on top before pressure cooking ?  --
The Cakes should have some gas exchange during colonization. You should remove the foil and leave the small holes open, The dry vermiculite is a protective barrier and will stop contaminants.

The jars don't look colonized at the top, If this is the dry vermiculite then they are okay to birth. Wait 7 days after full colonization then birth them.

:whathesaid:

As long as that colonized parts of the jar are the verm barrier then yeah you should be good. Also next time take the foil off its not needed as chrismq stated. other than that they look pretty good dunk and roll them and put them in a SGFC make sure to add about 4-5"'s of perlite to the SGFC and set them on some foil DO NOT just set them on the perlite. This is a very common mistake people make.
