PCer can't fit all jars, store jars at room temp or? Will PC today

I'm following RR's rye tek minus coffee. I just poured them into a colander and will be putting it in jars shortly. I cannot fit all the jars into my pressure cooker (definitely need to invest in a larger one); it's going to take a few batches of pressure cooking throughout the day, but they will all be PCed today. Will the jars be fine at room temp or should i put them in the fridge or freezer until they are ready to go in? I used the search tool but only came up with people looking to store the soaked rye for at least a weekend, i'm looking to store them for more like 10 hours max before PCing. Thanks for the help.

I wait 24 hours after loading grains up before I pressure cook… Ensures bacterial germination, makes them easier to zap. You can smell it.
Bad procedure. Many endospore forming bacteria germinate and form new endospores within hours. Since you've already boiled the grains before jarring them up, simply PC right away or refrigerate overnight and then PC. Don't sterilize or use rancid grains. RR
Just stumbled upon this when looking up freezing jars.

Should be fine. I've had prepped grain sit longer than that.
If it's extremely hot, toss the jars in the fridge, but make sure you bringm back to room temp before PC or you increase the risk of a crack while the PC heats up.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

Last Friday I left a 10lb XL bag of prepped grains sitting on my kitchen counter overnight before PCing. No issues. I probably should have put the bag in the fridge, but the fridge was full.

I misread that, but still, if you are storing for a few days the freezer is better. Only 10 hours and fridge is fine.

Don't freeze hydrated grains. When water freezes it crystallizes and will rupture cell walls. When the object thaws it will usually be mush.
This is why things are freeze dried.

Rye berries, wbr, barley, or wheat definitely hold up after being frozen hydrated. Did it plenty of times when I prepped too much as I was starting out. As a matter of fact, my wife makes enough rice for the week and freezes it in pp5 ziplocks in daily rations.
I know mushrooms turn to mush and people who eat cacti freeze them for exactly the results you described, but it isn't really a big deal with whole grains. Wouldn't have said "freeze it" if I didn't do it successfully every time.

The 23qt? I don't have one but I believe you can run 7 jars standing and 3 laying on top of them like I can in my AA921. Unless you got the 16qt or whatever the next smaller one is, thats just 7 standing I think.
