hell yeah man me and a friend from florida made some bomb ass salmon rolls with rice, ginger, carrots, cheese and sea weed wrap. The salmon was fresh caught from alaska. some of the best home made food I've ever had.

Damn that's weak man, I'm always super selective of where i go for sushi, although a kroger down the street has some of the freshest and tastiest sushi at the best price i've found in the city, Spicy rolls and anything with real wasabi root is amazing.
Not many know about true wasabi, if your into it check out this vid on real wasabi.

nice man, our fishing trip was insane, we had boxes of king salmon, halibut and sea bass. The fishing was on point that weekend, all the guides were even suprised, they cleaned, portioned, packed, froze and ship all the fish back in a the nicest bags/boxes, if your looking for a great vacation check out sitka alaska. Great wildlife and people there.

Yeah octupus has an acquired taste i found, great none the less, i like the small live octopuses wrapped around a chop stick dipped in soy sauce. It's like a race to chew before they start sticking their legs against the sides of your mouth and throat. Glad I never got inked, haha.

Yah my friend is up there now working. He goes for the summer and gets paid like 7 or 8 grand. I think he just processes fresh caught salmon but has to live in the middle of no where in like a bunk type outpost.
I think smoked salmon is one of the bombest tasting things ever.

Yeah a lot of tour guides (atv tours and such) work during the summer and make decent money, yum smoked salmon is delicious.

That guy in the video says the wasabi can last like a month. Its the paste that doesn't last, he says to use within a hour. I love salmon and or tuna rolls.

Sashimi cube in Florida my friend ate this and said it was out of this world. It's pretty cool how it's assembled. I want to make one once i had the right fish for it.

This place near my house has this thing called the Red Blossom Roll. No rice, just fish and more fish. Lots of tuna, yellowtail and some avocado (mm, baby)

Good blue fin.
Growing up I was always a sucker for unagi, its delicious for that asian bbq flavor. But as I got more comfortable with raw fish nothing beats that good sashimi.

yeah they use avocado in the cube, such a great combination with sashimi.
