Should I stay up all night/as long as I can for the next two nights to adjust??????

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Psalm 12:6
The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Revelation 3:11
Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Ive done this many times

Ive always had great success like this-
The day before switching to night shift, get only 3-4 hrs of sleep. Youll be exhausted all day. Then, 8 hours before your scheduled wakeup time in the middle of the night, go back to bed.

Youll be constantly tired for a few days, but youll easily be able to sleep whenever regardless of times. Always remember though, 8 hrs before your scheduled wakeup be in bed, off the cell phone or tv, no matter what.

Follow this and youll have great success switching over

as in evening shift we talking like 3-11pm or along those lines? Depends if you like to come home and chill before going to sleep. When I worked evenings the party started when i got off work and I wouldn't crash until 4 or 5 in the morning then sleep until 12 get whatever i needed to get done before i had to go in. So just judge by what time you want to go to sleep stay up that late and a bit later so you can fall asleep easily.

Remember the peace that you had on the mountain,
Come back to the love that you had here with me...

Staying up all night doesn't always work. sometimes it makes it worse.

Being tired always comes in waves for me and if i just keep staying awake, being tired goes away. Plus my resting heart rate slowly increases the longer i stay up, which makes sleeping harder. So sometimes when i pull an all nighter, when the time for sleep finally rolls around, its possible for me to not feel tired at all.

Its kind of like the longer i stay up, the more my brain just goes to autopilot which makes it hard for me to shut it down for the night

No. Don't stay up for two days. That's a terrible idea imo.

Caffeine would come in handy for the rough time of transition and your body will adapt to your new schedule.

If not, meth helps.

Never stay up for more then 24 hours
that's like working out your brain for more then 24 hours
do you see where that could go wrong?

I enjoy night shift a lot more, I live a lifestyle that suits me fore
Personnally after a hard day at work,  if im not busy I like to shower smoke and crash

wake up 1-4pm  stil got 4 hrs of daylight out, to enjoy the day
usually got 3-4 hrs before going to work which is very nice to me
than just waking up at 4am and getting ready for work

If you need to change your sleep pattern stay up and crash at the time you need too

I enjoy it a lot more personally

I can live the day, night life
Which is what I want

Ive always been a night owl at heart
Its what I love
