Re: The most simple pan cyan tek [Re: Cyano]

A new attempt. The first mushrooms had long stems and small hats. I was unable to make sporeprints from them. This time I gave them more fresh air. They are standing in a bucket near the heating. I made 4 holes in the plastic that covers the bucket. These shrooms have shorter stems and larger hats. But they are still not perfect. I have to give them even more fresh air. The caps do not seem to open entirely. However this mornig I noticed that they had dropped some spores overnight. I may get some prints from these half opened caps after all.

Even though the hats did not open completely, I could make 2 prints. They are small, but enough to start again after the clones had their best time.

I don?t think that I am post whoring. Or talking to myself. If I want to talk I visit the chat. The title of the thread is ??The most simple pan cyan tek??. I think using hay as a substrate is the most simple. Hay is not very contaminous, the mycelium grows very good on it and it works reliable as a fruiting substrate. I had some critics on my first comments and I am trying to defend my opinion. My second attempt showed some improvement. Besides that I am not finished yet. When growing pans it is better to work with clones. I inoculated a filterpatch bag with a clone. But it will take a few weeks before it is colonized. I hope this will definetely prove that hay is a good fruiting substrate. I don?t claim that it gives better results as manure or whatever, but because it is so easy growing pans becomes possible for everyone.
Isn?t this is what the growing forum is about? Sharing information with the community. I am not waiting for people to say what a nice job I did. It is just the opposite. I did nothing special, did nothing that requires any special skills. With hay it just works so easy that there is nothing to be proud about. I have the idea that my first attempt to convince people of the advantages of hay did fail. That is why I posted new evidence.

Relax dude.

The fact is that you posted about 10 times in this thread. You posted about 5 times in a row at one point without a response when you could have consolidated most of that information into 1 or 2 posts. Start your own thread if you feel the need to prove how well hay works, don't jack this one.

I'm all for sharing information, you're just going about it the wrong way. :peace:

Yes, but we have whats called the "edit" button. Look, its ok if you forgot to add a tibit and add a second post under your original. But all of your posts within this thread could and should have been contained within in one post. This helps keep the post clutter free and makes it easier to read and moderate.

All im asking is for you to please pay more attention to this in the future, thanks.
