Feedback on jar progress please

hello everyone, I was hoping for some feedback regarding a grow that I am working on. I have 15 half quart jars of wbs colonized here, that I am planning on spawning using Damion's 50/50 tek into a 66qrt monotub, in the next few days. My concern is the amount of moisture that has built up in the jars since 80% colonization. I am hoping that it is just condensation, and not bacterial contamination. There isn't any pooling in the bottom of the jars or anything, mainly just up top and mid section of the jars. Forgive the pics, I am using my phone camera.

Looks like a mild case of bacteria to me. I'd spawn them anyway, though.

Popcorn, eh? I was just looking up some posts myself about that. I was going to try to grow some truffles using it. I hear it's really easy to get contaminates with it though.

That's WBS, not popcorn. I despise popcorn.

Ah, my mistake. They look pretty good to me so far. That moisture build up I would guess is from stuffing those holes too tightly. Not enough FAE. Wait for a TC though

Condensation on the inside of jars happens when there's a proper amount of humidity inside the jars, but when the jars are brought from a warmer place to a cooler place. The temperature of the air nearer the cooling glass drops, which lowers the partial pressure of the water inside the jar and causes the RH to shoot up above 100% before the water begins condensing on the glass and the humidty drops back down to 100% exactly.

How long and at what psi were those jars pc'd? I would suggest no less than 90 minutes but would highly recommend cooking for atleast 2 hours at 15 psi. I, like van, think you may have a tad bit of bacteria and upping the pc time is the proper cure.

I put them in the pc for 90 mins, I will throw them in longer next time. Do you think spawning with a little bacteria will prove to be problematic?

It shouldn't be a problem as long as the jars don't smell funky or have any signs of mold contamination. Just don't mix any questionable jars with any healthy looking jars. Bulk substrates are dirt cheap so if the tub craps out, all well. As I'm sure you were eager and wise enough to start your next grow already, one failure shouldn't bring your chi down too much.
