Hey guys so I have a cake growing. Was wondering if this was contamination. It's got a yellowish tinthe on just one corner I'll post a picture and hopefully someone can tell me.

Looks bacterial and weak. I personally wouldn't use it.

There's no way to fix it? It's only one of four corners. Hypothetically speaking I do decide to use it am I going to die or some crazy shit when I eat them? I hate wasting cakes. If they turn out weak I'll just use the whole batch at once.

No and there's a chance it can work too. Bacteria isn't a problem both colonization wise and ediblity. It however slows down colonization time and increases chances for contaminations. Also weakens it and makes it push more into colonizing it. My attitude is I have so many clean jars, so it just isn't worth it normally. I have had success with bacterial jars tho.

Any parts colonized by bacteria can be difficult for the cube myc to colonize. You can birth the cake and wash off any uncolonized parts and then fruit it. It may or may not do well.
Any fruits you get won't be less potent or anything, at least not from the bacterial contamination you may or may not have.
Personally, I think you should be more focused on how to produce clean cakes than how to fruit dirty ones.

So you think the cakes probably weren't clean? I bought them off eBay never had a problem. This one had a hair In I was pretty disappointed. You think that's why? Oh and the seller was claiming everything was completely steral.
