Can anyone tell me what kind of contamination is on these cakes? I'm fairly new to growing

Tt looks like Trichoderma to me but I'm not great with contaminants, I'd dispose of that without opening it in your home to avoid spreading the sticky tricho spores, and if you have to salvage the jar I'd boil it.

I'd pressure cook that jar then empty it outside and clean with bleach solution

Do you think it would mess up the rest of the jars that I had it with?

If you use filtered gas exchange holes, it'll be fine.

It looks like it might of came from the inoculate you used.  Keep a close eye on any jar that you recently completed with that syringe.

Bleach solution is overkill if you PC it. Mold mycelium and spores are destroyed quickly in a pcer.
