Can't let go

Hi everyone
Lately I can't enjoy my mushroom trips, wether it is 0.7gr or 1.5gr.. I have these anxiety attack coming when I feel the psychedelic effects of the mushroom. I can't just put my mind at ease and enjoy the trip.. something really scares me. And I know what it is : a few months ago I had felt something weird in my brain, like an explosion (but completely fake). I like to think I opened my third eye chakra
Anyway, since this experience, most of my trips have been bad/not fun because I'm afraid this would happen again.. I can't think of anything else while taking shrooms.
Would you have any advice on how to let it go? forget this? Yesterday I understood that it wasn't the mushroom that was causing me anxiety, it was just me getting scared, and ending up being even more scared.. vicious circle
Thank you for reading, see you !

your dose is extremely low - try eating more
of course mushrooms are poison to the body, there will be some uncomfortable physical effects while ingesting, for the most part. often thoughts of 'what have I done' on the come up but AFTER the come up those all disappear for me so I am guessing you're not reaching an effective dose to break on through..
I endure this part to get to 'the trip' but with taking such a low dose I imagine your stomach is just hurting for a couple hours and you feel like you took one puff on a joint
is that the highest dose you have taken? how many times have you taken mushrooms?
-------------------- But if you're in a hurry, and really got to go If you're in a hurry, might have to find out slow That it's one thing to try and another to fly You get there quicker just a step at a time It's one thing to bark, another to bite The show ain't over till you pack up at night

If you haven't all ready, try tripping with a friend. Just sit down and talk. Let them know exactly how you are feeling when the anxiety comes on and it could lead to some awesome trippy conversations. I've had some of my best trips come out of situations like that.

I've tripped like 12 times, always doses between 1gr and 1.6gr. My home grown mushrooms are potent.
I think i'll try to up my dose yes, sounds like the thing to do. And I have to say that my 2 best trips are the one i've done with my best friend and my girlfriend... so, I should take a good 2gr with someone and see how it goes I guess.
Thanks a lot for your answers !

are you talking about cubes?
1.5g resulting in an in between feeling doesn't sound extraordinarily potent (I grew my share)

Yes cube, but i never said I got in between feelings I think. Everything is absolutly moving and morphing even at 1.3gr. They are very potent, every person who has tried them said so too.

sorry dude wrong thread lmao
idk what cubes you got but I would be pissed if someone gave me 1.5g to trip on. I don't go less than 3.5g ever.
must be good genetics. sorry for getting off topic. I find comfort essential while tripping. I set myself up so I have nothing to worry about, a few pieces of fruit, a bed with clean sheets, cool water, a few grams of weed. what ever's your deal though. Do you have any practices like this going in? It is like a ritual to prepare - for instance tomorrow I am dosing so today I am making up a playlist so I don't have to fiddle with my phone or forgetting what to put on next so I just just chill out and be in the moment when I trip.

Take a higher dose, in a beautiful natural setting with the intention for spiritual growth.
There is a method for letting go known as the sedona method. You lovingly accept whatever is happening, then you say tyo yourself "can I let this go?" you answer yes, then you say "would I let this go?" you answer yes, then you say "when will I let this go?" You answer now. Then you let it go.

Cubes aint poison to the body , its just a edible mushroom that happens to contains a tryptamine
and I personally rarely get stomach discomfort or anything , i can let a rapid barf or 2 during the plateau on really high dose when im in a drunken psychedelia but nothing else other then that really
but yea OP you should maybe try a lil more, homegrown MS regular cubes can only be that strong ime
you could also drink a beer or 2 to calm your nerve during the comeup ,and IMO I sugest you to not smoke weed atleast not till the comedown
Letting go is knowing the truth. and the truth is when you dont abuse on a regular basis those mushrooms are pretty fuckin safe for your body and brain even in high dose , your brain wont break you wont die and you will come back . you are just trippin buddy .

next time it feels like mushrooms are eating my stomach I'll just remember it's tryptamine
I know I could eat a pound and not die, just pulling your chain

the discomfort come from the shroom being dry and thus its being hard to digest its not the tryptamine it self.
just sayin its not poisenous , shrooms needs a little more respect

Like others have said eat more. BUT also just go into it with an open mind. Who cares if you don't get the feeling you thought you should have. On one of my
last trips I realized I was thinking too deeply about my mushroom trips and needed to just sit back and enjoy the ride. Find a comfy place to sit/lie
whatever as long as it is comfy. I like to have a backup spot so I made a perch 15' up in the tree in my backyard that I can lay down on and meditate. I've
also been building a TeePee so I can get into some sweat treatment and have a nice dark place where I can still open it up and see the sky. If you need
to think about something just think about enjoying the experience good or bad. Even in my darkest trips I can seem to get something out of it.

Take a break. Come back when you're mentally prepared to deal with your anxiety while under the influence.

Thanks everyone, I will follow your advice : take a break (I won't do them for 2 months because of work) and eat more, in the best possible set and setting as always !

Definitely take a break for awhile. Too much tripping can be physically and mentally exhausting.
Thumbs up to Pinkish who suggested tripping with a trusted friend. You can talk it out when things start to get a bit hairy. This is very good advice.
Next time you trip don't dwell on it before hand. Make it fairly spontanious if possible and forget any preconceived notions of how the trip could go. Just relax and have fun.

Instead of trying to avoid having that feeling when you are tripping, how about you sit down with pen and paper and observe that explosion and take notes about it, ie be present and look for it in a more active way.
