invitro

Ok so life has gotten in the way of my concentration.

I have 1 jar that is now fruiting invitro.  Can I still use it as a master jar to, G2G, spawn to bulk ect?  Im thinking clone that little monkey and get some great genetics.

How much grain do you have?  If the lid has been opened a few times, it's prolly better not to g2g with it, unless you use a very high ratio to combat any contams that got in.  Cloning to a grain Petri (1/8) cup would be a better idea.  Be sure to rip to stipe to get a clean sample.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister.  I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave.  I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent.

How much grain do you have?  How much product do you want and how soon?  Personally I would probably open it in an sab, pick the fruit, g2g.  I'm not sure this is true, but old spawn may be chomping at the bit to fruit so hard it will pin before fully colonizing bulk.

You can leave about an inch of grain in the jar, dump some casing on top, and fruit that invitro with violet bottpowatering if you want some fast clones and quick mushies.  It will perform much better.  Remove tyvek/polyfoll/disc to allow sufficient fae for invitro fruiting.

Ive done it before, G2Gd master jar with pins and once with a few small fruits growing.

Its not ideal I wouldnt think but the fruit is just myc so it shouldnt really hurt it didmt in my case. I wouldnt risk trying to pick the fruits out or anything

Is it like full of fruits or just a couple little guys
