Stalled & infected 3rd flush - please vote

I was oh so excited when I dunked my tray after its second flush and it immediately exploded with pins -- way more than showed up for flush number two*. Except only a few fruits grew up all the way, and mostly the pins kinda stayed small and there are a few pointy-headed mini-fruits that haven't really grown over the past several days.
I took the tray out today and, bam, big white spot on one of the corner edges. So I guess trich moved in, roughed everyone up, and they all pretty much gave up on life, eh?
Now I must decide: grab what pins/aborts/small fruits I can or bury the whole thing outside and see if any fruits continue to grow. I once had one tub catch an infection, I buried it, and then I got two decent flushes outdoors. But that was right out of the gate, not after two productive flushes as is the case here.
Please feel free to chime in. Oh, and it's been like 100 degrees here this week, if that affects your vote.
* "Flush Number Two" would make an excellent name for a rock band.

None handy but it's definitely an infection taking over one corner and the fruits, if they aren't stalled out completely, are going as slow as it gets. If I plucked everything I'd be surprised to get, I dunno, 20 grams wet, so part of me says "why not see if they'll grow outside," but part of me says "this one's a lost cause so might as well get while the getting's good."
Just curious how others would approach this situation.

Harvest the pins and aborts and make chocolates with them. Then plant the sub outside and see what happens.

Let it grow! Let it grow! Greatly yield! What shall we say, shall we call it by a name As well to count the angels dancing on a pin Water bright as the sky from which it came And the name is on the earth that takes it in DOG FOOD AGAR MY ELECTRIC INOCULATION LOOP

I have had some early trich contamination when using bacterially contaminated spawn. These also tend to produce gimpy fruits. If the contamination is mostly in one area you can try and cut that out then fruit the tub outside.
Keep in mind that a dunked substrate may well fluff up naturally though. Trich looks a little blottier and often more yellowish., then turns green.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...
