How should I plumb / irrigate wood chip beds? Mycofiltration bed and spring-fed beds!

Here I'm soaking a bunch of aged doug-fir wood chips for the spring-fed bed. The maples in the background are now chipped, soaked, and put in place for The grey-water mycofiltration patch.
The Spring-fed bed...
"before"
inoculation

There is a spring 60 feet uphill from this patch. It is tapped with a 1" poly-pipe, trying to keep the wood chips hydrated. I have covered it with cardboard, but that still dries out. It's hard to keep it watered enough...
The grey-water mycofiltration patch...
laying the wood chips in place...
The water's designed to flow out the channel at the top-right of this photo, after being filtered by the bulk of the patch.

Currently, the patch is being watered through a 1 1/4" poly-pipe (pictured), which is reduced to a 3/4" garden hose fitting with an insufficient and temporary drip-irrigation hose.
The grey water system will collect household sink, & bath tub water & will include dilute soap and hopefully urine (if the patch doesn't mind. Thoughts on how to manage a healthy mycofiltration patch with soap and urine are appreciated)
I'm thinking of capping the end of the 1 1/4" poly-pipe and drilling holes every few inches, to delocalize the water source for the patch and evenly water it. I don't think this is the best water delivery for a mycofiltration patch, though.
Although grey water mycofiltration has been mentioned several times, I don't see any examples of a grey water "patch". I really like the idea of digging a trench, or water canal, and filling that with wood chips/mycelium, so that the water flows through many layers of mycelial filtering. That's what I have at the end of the patch, but I'd like ideas on how to evenly water this patch with grey water and/or spring water.
I have the same dilemma on the spring-fed bed: How do i evenly water a patch?

What kind of mushrooms are you growing on that douglas fir? Most mushrooms don't like pine trees.

It's a secret.
Doug Fir's aren't pine trees. They're Fir trees. And these wood chips were leftover scrap from a mill that were aged for one year The mycelium loves it.
Any ideas on how to evenly deliver water to a mushroom patch?

I was referring to a conifer, as in the sap. Your drip hose idea seems like a winner, i would change the pattern to a zig zag rather than random loops.
