Only one cake with one pin. Why?

I have 7 BRF in a SGFC, next to a window that gives natural light all day. I mist about 3 times a day, and I fan every other hour (I hold an actual fan above the chamber for about 30 seconds). However, I am only seeing one pin on one of the seven cakes. This happened on my last grow as well, only 2 cakes pinned, each giving only about 2 small mushrooms; I was under the impression that the cakes gave a flush all simultaneously. The others never pinned at all and I believe the cakes themselves dried up. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone shed some light on this.
I let them consolidate for a week after full colonization and I dunk and rolled for 24h. It's been 9 days since birthing.

More images of your cakes and setup would be helpful. Using an actual fan is unnecessary. Are there any running in your room?

Just the ceiling fan sometimes, I closed the AC vent in the room because it's kept on most of the day. Would that make a difference?
I'll take some more pics and post them in a few minutes

Do you know the RH in your SGFC? It sounds to me like they are not getting enough humidity. The SGFC doesn't really need to be fanned most problems come from the humidity dropping. If you have a hygrometer and know the humidity is high enough then I don't know. The pin at the base normally indicates low rh as that will have the most moister.

Did you birth the cakes before or after pinning?

Make sure the perlite is nice and aerated and the holes are not clogged on the bottom and there's no water.

No, I don't have a hygrometer. How would I go about raising the humidity? Misting more often?

Well two jars were already pinning invitro, the others were not but were 100% from what I could tell. I birthed them all at the same time.
here is some photos:

The SHFC is too close to that window/wall. Always fan manually after misting, don't use a fan, is too much in my opinion, you want to provoke a kickstart in evaporation by fanning after misting, but not that much that it could dry them.

9-10 days is not that much, your cakes still have time to pin more.
