I have around 100 bags of oat straw with cold pasteurization inoculated with oyster spawn from aloha. Anyways i have roots growing in a bag. No mold or notice contaminats im still at around 35-45% colonization only inoculated around 4-7 days ago. Any risk here? Or are the roots nothing to worry about. Tr bags are sealed with b patch micron filters.

Its harmless. I've been getting sprouts in my straw logs from doing soap pasteurizations. Its probably just your oats germinating because your not heating them to death in hot water.
