Will RR 55 gallon drum with for grain jars
and also can it be used as a pasturizer

Unless I'm mistaken it IS a steam pasteurizer. Designed for straw bags and wood blocks, etc.. It's not going to be the solution for your grain sterilization.

Of course you might be talking about some other device he posted about. :shrug:

It's an actual sterilizer but for grains it will take hours upon hours

Humm, I must be missing something. A quote from the post

Why sterilizing substrate vs' just a pasteurization?

Pretty sure he just spawned to sterile subs in front of a hood. He was doing mostly Shiitake blocks.
