Just had my first positive sleep paralysis

I used to get negative sleep paralysis all the time.. Feeling stuck while some evil entity that fed on fear came close to me with bad intention. Sometimes being touched and hovered over while I felt pure fear.
I got them a lot while I napped and this experience was not different that way. But it was really cool. I've never had anything like this.
I was resting in one spot while I was looking into a parallel reality - I was in a small apartment and there were wooden floors, a desk, a cupboard and I can't quite remember what else I was looking at. Then I wasn't looking at anything but I was still in that dream space and could hear noises from other apartments. I was lying down on the floor and couldn't move my position but there was no fear.
Now this is the cool part. I felt the energy of a little boy approach me. I had this amazing gentle feeling of love wash over me, and this pleasant tickling sensation like I was a baby again in my mothers arms - it was a feeling of complete safety. The boy was saying things like "you always play with me!" (Said with gratitude) which made me wonder if this spirit had something to do with my 6 year old nephew who loves me and I'm always down for playing games with. I couldn't see him and he didn't sound like my nephew but he seemed to be around the same age. He also said "hi everybody!" and possibly said one other thing I can't remember but it was said with this peaceful happy childhood vibe.
I felt a similar feeling to this experience about a month ago when I was spending time with my nephew and niece and they were letting me in to their vibe.
Anyone else ever have experience positive entities during sleep paralysis? Or can relate to this feeling of safety?
Oh yeah, right after the positive experience I then heard a knock on the parallel world apartment door. I had a feeling it could have been a negative entity so I decided to shake myself awake. Then I wondered to myself what kind of role did expectation play in whether or not a sleep paralysis experience was good or bad. But I did not anticipate this positive entity, it snuck up on me in a good way and I wonder if it's a sign that I have made some kind of good decision in my life or if its purely random. I have made the decision to live healthier and take care of myself better.

sleep paralysis reminds me of a really insane trip...
accept it for what it is, or fight it and become more frightened than you can imagine.

It's great fun now. I tingle with excitement when it happens. When I was a little kid it used to scare me heaps. Once I got to my teens I found myself springing out of my bed with my blanket. I remember the prevailing thought at the time. I had to catch it before it disappeared. As I got older the entities became a lot more forceful with me. They would get really close and try and get inside of me. Eventually I let them. That's when they made me understand that they are teachers. They take me on journeys to unbelievable places. They feel like electricity if that makes any sense. I love that tingling charge now. They are scary until I remain present. They then become energy, wild, irresistable and great fun.

What happens for me, is that instead of fighting a complete unknown, and being terrified, I just don't worry about it, and fall right back asleep. Often I am very refreshed those following days.
Have you figured out how to fly in your sleep? I haven't done it for a a while, but when I had nightmares in my early 20's, I figured out I was dreaming and fly... The best I can describe it, is the way neo flies but with absolutely no limits.
One time I flew so fast out of the galaxy, and found the "edge" of the universe. There were 2 beings looking at an orb which was our universe.
And that's all I have to say about that.
