hey guys,
I was wondering if you'd be able to help me identify these mushrooms I picked. I picked them out of some grass in a park and they turned blue when I bruised them, I ate one last night but I'm not sure if they are Psilocybe subaeruginosa or not.

Hello, they are p. subaeruginosa
Be careful eating mushrooms if you may not know what they are

If you ate one of the mushrooms in the pictures above then you definitely have not eaten a Galerina. The 2 mushrooms are 100% P. subaeruginosa. If the mushrooms were off, like food, then you'd experience gastro problems about 2-6 hours after ingesting them, and the symptoms would of passed by now. I think your cramps are unrelated to you eating this one mushroom and are due to something else. You will be fine. Perhaps a nice bowel movement will fix things???

One more thing; raw mushrooms can be difficult to digest - this may have caused your cramps, or they may be completely unrelated.
As karode and olive said, the two mushrooms in your pictures are 100% Psilocybe subaeruginosa. You have not eaten a toxic mushroom, so no need to worry.

Depends on many factors. 5 is a good number to start with. A "decent trip" might mean 7-8.

Worry about "have I eaten a poisonous mushroom?" can lead you to think that any little thing must be related to you eating a mushroom... Like, I've got the squirts... Must have been the mushroom, oh god I'm going to die...
A few times when I've been tripping, on the come down I get all sweaty, to the point that I think my body is dumping all its liquid through my skin and I'm going to die... All completely in my head as I know what I ate was fine, but it happens.
But yeah, never eat anything if you're not sure what it is.

I'm having stomach pains (nothing extremely painful) and feel like I wanna throw up but never do and I think it might be in my head. I ate the mushroom on Tuesday night and haven't had any violent direah or vomiting. Could I still be at risk of poisoning? I'm sure you guys are right I'm just worried

It's just in your head. You're fine. Have some ginger tea and chill.
