I found this old book about Jesus
    #2181772 - 12/16/03 07:25 AM (13 years, 2 months ago)

Copyright 1832.

"The Life of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ; containing a full and accurate history, from his taking upon himself our nature, to his crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension: together with the

LIVES, TRANSACTIONS, AND SUFFERINGS, OF HIS HOLY EVANGELISTS, APOSTLES, AND OTHER PRIMITIVE MARTYRS:

To which is added

The History of the Jews

by John Fleetwood, D.D.

New-Haven, Printed and Published by Nathan Whiting"

Very slight water damage, spine is intact. Doesn't appear to be repaired in any way. I'd say, for a book that's 171 years old, it's in excellent condition. Here are some pics.

I'm planning on giving it a good read after I finish Insomnia (King). You guys think it's worth anything? I'm not really planning on selling it, just curious.

Insomnia is a good read.

I'd like to roll a joint with some of the paper in there

I just finished Bag of Bones. I read the first 150 pages a few months ago, put it down.. reread it from the beginning recently. Awesome read.

Check out http://www.prbm.com/interest/i.htm?religion-a.shtml~main
then click on the F-G section.  Looks like it's worth about $135.

I'm always wondering what Jesus did. Probably some other people too. He sure got alot of press. "I and my father are one" and all that stuff. If someone was Christian I guess that book could be priceless. Otherwise, probably not worth a dime. What's it mean to you?

Hey, see if it says anything about what that lad was up to in his twenties. I thought those were 'lost years' and no-one really knew what he'd been doing. Not that any of it is really historically verifiable.
