I'm going to start calling Presidential Elections 'The Goldman Sachs Toilet Bowl' like its a sponsored bowl game. Because every election, Whoever gets elected, the first thing that happens is the administration gets riddled with people from GS> Obama's did, Bushes did, Im sure Hillary and JEB! will also.

Agreed. Which is why I won't vote for Clinton or Bush.

That's why I'm voting for the only candidate with any integrity to speak of, Bernie Sanders. He's raised all of his money from grass-roots supporters. The average campaign donation was $40. Last I heard he's over $6 million, and he's gaining on Hillary in the polls.
I won't vote for anyone I don't support, be it Hillary or Jebb.

Wow, Bernie has 31% compared to Hillary's 41%. That's pretty amazing. He just might have a chance!

Wow, that's pretty surprising! He's doing better than I thought.
But do you know if other polls have found similar numbers?

It's going to be the media that does him in. I think playing the socialist card is a little too heavy handed, but no doubt they'll hone in on his apparent class warfare and reckless spending ideas.
I have no doubt that if every American voter researched Bernie's record and campaign ideas and compared them to the other candidates', a majority would vote for him. But it's all about getting that message out. Will he be able to sustain a critical enough mass by primary season to NOT be drowned out by Hillary's warchest?
That's my biggest concern.

Most still have Hillary around 60 and Bernie around 20. But he's picking up ground everywhere, consistently, so I wouldn't put too much stock in poll numbers this early, however promising.

Unfortunately, there may be a lot of truth to that.

Fal, I hope you aren't forced to vote for hitlery, but it may come to that. I want to see a match up between Bernie and rand. It won't happen as long as the majority are sheep who believe the media but we can dream.

Rand is the only right-winger I find remotely tolerable. I would love to see that match up.
I think we all have to remember that Hillary has been getting press for this election long before anyone else even entered the race (on the left). I know people have been talking about Chris Christie, Rand Paul, and Jebb Bush for a while also.
Hillary was supposed to be 'coronated', but I think a lot of people despise her. She has name recognitiom, which makes a huge difference in the polls, especially this early on.
Bernie really does have a shot, I really believe that. I even donated to his campaign, and that's not something I do, but even if he doesn't win, I like supporting his message and exposure.
