Hi all! I've been spending so much time reading all the info on these forums. This is my first post proceeding my first hunting trip. So much fun! Can't wait to try shrooms for the first time (should they be the right ones of course). Without further adieu:
Habitat: Found these growing at sea level in a pasture. All were picked from cow manure after a week of rain
Gills: #1 All have deep purple or black gills, attached and close together #2 A yellowish brown colour
Stem: #1 The small ones are about 5cm high and 3mm thick. The large ones are 16cm high and 1.5cm thick. The smaller stems are brown wet. After leaving overnight they turned white/blue. The big berthas where white, with heavy blue bruising when wet and after leaving overnight. #2 Deep brown, 5mm in diameter
Cap: #1 Smallest are 1cm in diameter with the largest being 12cm in diameter. They all feel creamy to the touch. Small ones are convex, largest are flat #2 Feels the same to me as the others. Cap is flat, though the same diameter as number 1. 4cm in diameter
Spore print color: #1 All black or deep purple #2 Deep purple colour
Bruising: All mushrooms are bruising blue. The blue is very obvious on all except one small one which is a brownish colour, though appearing to be getting whiter with time
Other information: They smell good! Last night when I was cleaning them, they had a beautiful buttery smell to them. Made my mouth water...
Now for the pics!
Dirty originals:

Squeaky clean:

Smaller ones:

Brown one (he's turned white today)

Big Bertha:

#2:

-underside brown, not like the others
Gills:

Spore print big & small respectively:

Thanks so much fellow shroomers!

Congrats, you've found a good amount of Psilocybe cubensis and Copelandia and some other Panaeolus species. The Brown one (he's turned white today) looks like Panaeolus papilionaceus...but you said it turned white? I'd like to see a photo of what you mean. Not sure about #2. You mentioned all mushrooms bruise blue, even this one? If so it may be a sterile or poor spore producing specimen. If it is bruising blue post some photos so we can have a look.

Hey Midnight City! Thanks so much. Had a great time with these beauties. Unfortunately the big ones got eaten by maggots The stranger one did too. Most of the shrooms were eaten by the bastards. Luckily half of them were fine to eat so we went along and did just that . Off too the paddocks next time it rains. Also we bought a huge bag of fresh cow shit. I threw in the rotten shrooms and am watering daily. How do you recon that'll go?

Cool, good to hear. As far as dumping the rotten shrooms on the manure, it doesn't work that way. But you may find various species pop up as long as the manure you bought wasn't pasteurized and even then they will still pop up. One thing that's a bit off putting is how you say you bought cow shit. Not only is it generally free in most areas, but if you found actives why not collect cow manure from that field?
In my opinion, it is absolutely crazy to hand someone money and get shit in return especially in your case.

Great reply. So the story goes; we went up to find some paddocks but all were fenced off too well and with farmhouse too close to the cows. The sun was going down and we decided to pick up a big ol' bag of the fresh and nasty from outside a property (for sale with the honour system ie. 2 bucks in the tin). This way the day wouldn't have been a total waste. After we were on the way home, it suddenly occurred to me (as I haven't been back these parts in quite a few years) that there was a massive unkept field right nearby. We took a detour and under the cover of darkness uncovered all these nasties!
Great thinking though! We will be heading out again soon and will try and pick up some shit from wherever we find actives. Thinking of the logistics of stuffing piles of warm, fresh cowshit into layer upon layer of semi-biodegradable shopping bags - until it becomes a mass of mean to place in my backpack - is pretty off putting though...
