I got a 5k gift from heaven I got saved nearly 6k on my own and im 21 I am always spending on expensive things like i have a list of 10 things that costed me 5k they are still valuable. I am wondering With Debt crisis worldwide and canada selling water to the states. Nature told me once very clearly what she thought. I didn't think about it but it was a clear warning that she was disappointed in me squandering life. I have future income guarenteed 1.5k monthly for three months (6000total by october) I live at home and want that to change. I've been building a mini megalith in the front yard. I want to know What is smart? (If would be you) as the french say: First I had thought to buy a little land spot but in my area its 30k for a property. Second I think I want to startup a rock masonry bizniz My area gets a 50% population increase to outlying lake areas lots of scavengable stones on properties to use in building features in the wealthy visitor's yards for a price. The other idea is spend on my artwork again i've sunk probably ten thou into supplies and realeyes when building houses that walls in new and huge homes go baren and that i could probably be a commisioned oil painter with what i've got but i would need a place to work like renting a studio or even building one on a property of my own from the land as one of my investments is an axe and a chainsaw. I'm very confused because society points me in the direction of more of my current line of work AKA I thought to try and get custodial work at a place like TESLA. Basically i want to know given the thoughts and ideas and your preconceptions and possible misconceptions What is relevant with my financial status just sit on this and keep paying the bank? Ps: studying economics on my own and reading the 100$ startup.

did I find gold?

I finally sat and thought about algorythm what well [put] speculation and quick evaluation of my character and contained a really genuinely nice meaningful comment hidden inside internet trolling. I took notes and when you say speculation you implied land/property. That one time here you had mentioned equipment. Asset of my company? Lastly Half and half would mean down payments across the board in potential money makers? I haven't got a clue about OWNER FINANCED PROPERTY FIXED RATE but 10k down is possible. This of ll that you said was most intriguing and one mental note on keyterms you used while describing a skilled line of work. Technically I have the trailer and a truck that my dad and grandpa might lend to me in time. I really havent got the skill in a large array of heh oh shit masonry but I been working onnit.
I been trying to buy TXL stocks essentially they navigate and scout geological stuff I figure if they are established and are hiring than I got a 1.55 bid on 300_ish shares. I foresee more people finding use for a northern geological exploration team especially with new resource gathering frontiers, stocks priced 1.50 and havent been able tog et for 1.55 so i guess i have to go with the 1.6 ask in order to get.

One option would be to put a 10k down payment on a owner financed property fixed rate. I'm guessing you won't qualify for a mortgage unless you have a legit cosigner because of your age. Its the same game the elites are playing. When the correction hits, your debts will be flattened and you'll essentially be purchasing the house for nothing after the downpayment with the hyperinflation in the dollar. Or you could buy a truck, trailer and some equipment to start a small off the books service company doing masonry or whatever else people need, do door to door adverting, get referrals based on discounted prices and quality, fast work. Check the competition in your city first, try to figure out if your service will still have demand in a severe recession. Or you could speculate on stocks and financial vehicles. Depends on how secure you feel about having a place to live during a crisis. If your not worried about it, I'd go half and half equipment and speculation or full speculation. That is a more risky bet since there is no guarantee of success with the business although speculating in certain things right now imo is basically a gimme given the conditions.
You could find a cheap place to rent, pay ahead a year and a half and put away all the supplies you could possibly need so when shit gets fucked up you'll still be in relative comfort regardless of your income. If any of these interest you, do your own research for a week and make an educated decision having understood the pros and con's yourself. I would purchase the book surviving the economic collapse by Ferdinand fergal or something. It's very practical advice based on real experience. Whatever you do, if you keep your dollars in dollars, they will definitely lose value. Its up to you how you want to play it. Make sure to start carrying a firearm. I'd apply for a license to carry now u gonna need it lol. Don't listen to advice from the internet bro, not on something like this

Instead of spending your ten thou on yet another "money making idea" that you seem to not have a clue about now, I'd wait. You see this sort of thing on Shark Tank all the time, people who spend a bunch of money trying to start a business and mortgaging their parents house to get more money. Meanwhile sales are zero yet they just can't quit.
Well, if you haven't the sales mentality, drive, vision, or skills to really sell to a rich person, you are dreaming. First you want to do stonework, then paint a wall? Get a grip, man.
The $100 start up. There you go. Hold on to your cash at least until 2016. September 2015 is going to be a mess, and after that will suck too. Better to wait.

What the fuck dude? Keeping dollars through 2016 is betting against hyperinflation. That's terrible advice. Didnt you just make a thread saying dow indicators support a crash happening soon? Don't listen to this guy dude. Look you can go to heavy equipment operator school, that's not much of a gamble. Those dudes make bank and construction is pretty recession proof. He's right that you're probably too green to start a successful service but dude, do something. Waiting is a losing game. If nothing you'll gain life experience.

speaking of shark tank Mark Cuban when i first started my savings on my own this march I guess acquired the majority of my savings. but mark said in this vid that anyone starting a company on debt is dolt and that he said meh just keep your money as cash in the bank not in stock and such. I feel you guys I'll look foreward to reading anything further but I guess I can only ask so many things. be easy guys got The rules of the game Fingerprints of the gods The Knot book on knots, and 100$ startup. Look thanks
