Im pressed for tome. Might have to shut down in an hour and 15 mins. Think ill be ok? Should i raise the heat to compensate for the short time?

It depends on how loaded up your PC is. If your PC is packed full of bags you'll need to run it longer than if you have just one quart jar.

I'd def do 90 minutes with that, but if it ran at 15 psi for 75 minutes it's possible they'll be fine, but it's also possible some bacteria could survive. Honestly, you should do what you feel comfortable with. FWIW when I do a run of 4 half gallon jars I do 2 hours at 17 psi.

Lots of people have done quart jars for an hour and been fine.

Yea I used to run quart jars for an hour. I run jars for 2 now and bags for 3 but I never had any problems from running jars for 60 min
