Hpoo wont dry? ok to use in monotub?

So I have some spawn which will be ready soon this week. About 3 weeks ago I colected some Horse dung and let it sit out in the sun and rain to leach.
It has but the past few days we have had soaking rain and its not dry at all.
I stired it up and there are some small blades of grass growing from it, some small weeds, and some worms and termites in there.
I would have preferred it to be dry by this point but it looks like it wont be. Is it ok to still use in my monotub? Should I go full sterilize in the PC instead of just pasterurizing?
Just worried about Contams.

Does it smell like poo? If not I would think that as long as you get the water center to field capacity you should be good to pasteurize. From what I've read I would not sterilize that would kill everything even the good stuff and make your sub more prone to contamination. I would wait and see what a TC says though first.

It doesn't have to be field capacity to pasteurize. That aside, you don't want to sterilize it unless you will be doing a bottle tek or growing in bags. If you are spawning to the manure, just pasteurize, it'll be okay.
