I think my PC release all water as steam

I think I had my PC too high. No more sound or steam is coming out of the release valve. It happened 30 minutes before the timer was out. Does this mean my jars will be worthless?

-------------------- Set goals for yourself, or wander around aimlessly. "One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshsire cat in a tree. 'Which road do I take?' she asked. 'Where do you want to go?' was his response 'I don't know', Alice answered. 'Then', said the cat, 'it doesn't matter.'"

How long did they stay at 15 PSI for?

If that is they case they are fine in my opinion. Going above 15 PSI isn't bad for it. You don't want to run it dry though. Remember "When the pressure cooker reaches the proper temperature, the rocker will jiggle audibly, and you can see the steam being released. Adjust heat lower to maintain a slow, steady rocking motion."

If you're using the 15 psi rocker or if there is only one rocker with your PC then the audible "jiggle" of the rocker indicates that it's maintaining 15 psi.

But it has to be a 'gentle' rocking motion. That's why I say check out YouTube to actually see wtf that actually means.

Yeah he's right. You shouldn't try to operate that thing again without watching a vid
