Need help with portable dabbing recommentations

So I am looking for a portable device to take with me to concerts, festivals, hiking, road trips, etc for consuming wax. I have tried most of the popular devices on the market and I have gripes with damn near everything. My main thing is I want the flavor and vapor of a dab rig without taking a full dab rig with me.
Dab pens suck IMO. I've tried many makes and models and they all suck compared to a dab rig. Reloading is a massive pain, the flavor sucks compared to a nail, the coils need replaced constantly, and batteries need recharged. I'd rather roll a joint at this point that hit dab dens.
So I want something that is heated with a small butane torch and something similar to a Nectar Collector, but smaller and less expensive. At the festivals, a lot of glass blowers make these miniature glass straws or tubes that you heat and hit dabs right out of the silicon container. No moving parts, so clean and simple and amazing flavor. Some of them are even on a lanyard for a necklace so you don't drop it.
The problem is I wanted to see what other options were available, but it seems I can't any of these online. Surely these things aren't exclusive to the festival scene. The closest thing I can find are these:
http://dabstraw.com/
Anyone know what I am talking about? I have googled the hell out of "dab straw" "dab tube", etc.
I am all about buying quality glass, but not really about taking expensive glass to festivals and in nature I am liable to break it. Here is the premium version, but this just seems like way overkill for what I need:

You can get these Open vapes at the clinics around here and they work really good. I really don't see a regular rig or even something that has to be heated with a torch being practical at a festival.

Those are awesome indeed man. Thanks for posting. I tried some of those out from some people we know. My only issue with those is I don't live in a legal state yet and the cartridges are hard for me to obtain consistently. If I can get some cartridges, I am going to try one of those out for sure.
They still don't compare to hitting the raw wax though in terms of flavor or effect. Definitely good, but still not the same.

Have you seen the little straw/tubes I am talking about? This shit is awesome dude.
You get a little pocket butane torch, not much bigger than a regular lighter, and you heat up the straw and hit it the wax right out of a container. At DSO jubilee, people were doing it left and right. I regret not buying one but didn't have a lot of spare cash.

Yeah your pretty much stuck with a regular wax pen then. Especially if your aren't in a legal or have a med card. I know what you mean with the dab pens being wack. The more expensive ones work well.

I haven't seen one that allows me to pack a bunch of wax in without it flooding the coil. Which model are referring to? But anyway, that really doesn't solve my main issue of not liking the flavor from pens. I'll check them out for a more discrete option, but I was really hoping someone knew what I talking about with these dab straw/tubes.
These things are off the charts badass. Not the most discrete thing, but 10x more discrete than a dab rig and capable of getting the same flavor and vapor productions.

You ever hit a Nectar Collector? It's my favorite way to hit dabs. It's nice to just be able to throw a big ass glob of dabs in a container and just heat this thing up and everyone rip on the dabs. No reloading, massive hits, and I think the flavor is better.
I'm really getting into dry dabbing (no water). Anymore the water just mutes the flavor of quality wax. It's all about the flavor for me.

I just peeped that honey straw thing and it looks legit. I'm sure it's harsh as fuck though. Regular dabs are already like needles in the lungs. The wax I've smoked is usually from my friend who makes it and it's some of the best shit I've tried or from the clinic where it's tested. It usually always taste amazing so maybe the quality of the wax your getting is tainted. It shouldn't really taste much different loaded in a pen.

All the wax I get is from CO, CA, or MI and it's all top notch medical shit. Water vs. no water is just preference.
But for the pens, the coils need maintained and when they get dirty they taste like shit. When the coil is fresh, sure the wax tastes fine. But eventually they just get dirty and nasty tasting, and it doesn't take very long IME.

Yah idk I've used a buncha weird ass pens. My friend had the one where it's like an enail pen. It didn't even have a coil just some weird mesh shit. I really didn't notice the taste, just smoked out of it and got ripped. I'm pretty sure in your situation your stuck with the coil pens or that straw thing if you really wanted it.

So I ended up calling a new source for some wax. First time ever dealing with this guy and he came over with a couple flavors. I bought Razz #1 (far left) Sour Diesel (far right), and the middle is Tangerine Dream and stuff I had previously. But this dude also just happen to have the exact color of Nectar Collector I was looking at online. So I ended up buying it from him. He deals glass too, just kinda meant to be.
This dude is all about the wax too, and he prefers the dry devices to water for flavor. Of course the vapor is hotter and a little more harsh, but that's the nature of unfiltered vaping.
My review of the device is overall it's great.
Pros:
Nice thick glass, replaceable tips. It game with a tube of Joint Wax, which is nice. It's clearly premium handblown glass. Each device is unique and no design is truly the same. Vapor production rocks of course. The device is about 7-8 inches long and gives great flavor since it's just a straight to the mouth. It's a great mobile device. Nice thing about this is you don't have to use a dab stick or there is little mess.
This thing will be so fucking awesome to hit DMT with to... Imagine vaping lines of DMT, no reloading, just reheat the tip and vape the line. Blast off instantly. The biggest problem with vaping DMT is constantly reloading hits on a dab tool and hoping the crystals don't fall off. Factor in multiple hits and it's get annoying real quick.
Cons:
While the device is mobile, it's still not as small as a want. It was kinda expensive, $160. As long as I don't drop it on concrete, it's so think it's not going to break. But still, expensive enough for me to be really pissed if I loose it or break it. So it still doesn't solve my immediate need for what I originally posted about.
So again, the device is mobile but it's not discrete. The very thing that makes it durable is what makes it bulky and not really a discrete vape. That said, this wasn't what I was after anyway. But it is technically a con, especially when they could make this device much smaller. And this is considered the "mini". Perhaps they will realize the market for a "micro" version.

Fuckin LOVE my Nectar Collector. It does have a little splashback and the water in the perc seems to find itself too low to even filter anything in too short of a time from refilling it (1-2 days). So it's not perfect. Would like to get a fancier one, just got the basic one with Ti tip, which is not as good as the glass ones that come with it. Would like to try quartz tip but gotta order it since the local shop only has the Ti and glass ones. Oh yeah and from someone who's had the nectar collector a while heed this warning: Find yourself a K-clip for that bitch 'cause you only want that super hot tip falling out of it into your lap once. The joint wax will get hot and melt, losing its grip and the tip will fall right out, usually when using it a second or third time in a row without a break between. With good scientific glass you can do a 1/4 turn with the joint seated and it should lock it in place with a 1/4 turn the other way loosening it. Doesn't work with titanium

Nice, thanks for the tip. I will look into a quartz and getting a k-click. I had the wax melt on my already, so I know what you are talking about. I notice that if I barely put the tip in the flame it gets hot enough for a great vape and doesn't seem to get as hot up the stem. But I will also be weary of not taking too many hits too quickly until I get a clip.
I purposely got the dry version because I have used a water nectar collector and experienced the same thing. I definitely prefer the dry for convenience, flavor, and simplicity.
